I can't find the Input I need for turning on Netflix with the remote so I may be returning it when I have time.

The harmony gets better!

This model can be used via simple remote anyone can understand or by app on phone, will control ANY device with IR control, and most with RF, can be hidden in cabinets if set up correctly. Harmony for cost, value and performance.

Good Middle of the line infrared remote

One of the negatives is that it does not sync with the power or volume with the TV. We do like the fact that it let’s us keep our electrical components in a closet not under the TV.

Also you have to wait til you get a vibration before you can screen up or down with the multipurpose button. I’d rather have a quick responding dedicated button.

Help out those crazy renters

Somehow, with a 'standard' all-in-one remote, renters continuously got the system out of sync (no sound, wrong TV input, etc) that I would then have to walk them through over the phone. Now I can remotely fix whatever situation they may have gotten themselves into. And, I like to use it when I'm there...

Solid remote that provides vast functionality

The remote can support a sound system as well, but is limited beyond that. Make sure you have room for the hub since that is what sends the signals.
