It's my second remote from Logitech and I like them both this one only revived 4 stars because they removed the screen and the help button has been removed which I found very helpful when your devices didn't do exactly what they were supposed to do

I replaced an old Harmony with this remote, and it remembered all of my old settings. Great! As many have mentioned, this remote does not have backlighting, making it pretty difficult to use in a dark room. But, that's pretty clear from other reviewers, and for me, a small penalty to pay for the several $100 saving compared to a remote with back lighting. I've also been able to control this Harmony with my voice into my Google Home or Mini. It's a little convoluted, you need to say "Hey Google, Tell Harmony to turn on the TV", or, create a bunch of shortcuts. I say several shortcuts are required, as I forget whether to say "Hey Google, turn the TV on", or "Hey Google, turn on the TV". If you create all possible shortcuts, you're covered. That's not so bad either. What's really bad, is that my wife can not control the Harmony with her voice, although she's trained our Google Homes to recognize her voice. The links don't work for Harmony. I pinged Harmony support, and they say a second (or more) voices are not supported. Tough. Online, there are a few forums where people have raised this complaint, and a few have proposed workarounds that don't work for me. So, 1 star until Harmony gets this fixed.

When my laptop was telling my I had no anti virus and was going slow I stopped in and they do this kind of thing. It was no hassle with them taking it and going what it needed. Great service and extremely professional. The geek dept. clerk helped me with a few other items I needed in the store.

Works decent. It sometimes get confused with what is off or on with Google home but works great for the most part. Love Bluetooth remote it works through walls. Phone app works flawless

Love it, love the hub. I DO NOT like that there is no 30 second skip even though the Direct TV remote it was supposed to mirror does. Doesn’t show up in the app either. That’s why a 4 and not a 5.

Does not have lcd screen but if you are using your phone it doesn't matter. It also does not have a help button on the remote which is my only gripe other than that it gets the job done.

I got harmony to connect with my Sony TV, Vizio soundbar, Google Chromecast with Google TV and various wifi lights. It connected correctly with Sony and Vizio but gave me trouble with Google Chromecast with Google TV. Whenever I turned on sequence with GCCGT, my Sony TV screen went into loop to detect GCCGT for a second and again trying to search for input. I also faced issues connecting smart life controlled wifi LED bulbs. I have returned it and will wait for these issues getting fixed before buying next year.

Bought this because it says the buttons are backlit, but they are not. Otherwise it's a serviceable replacement for my Apple TV remote.

Works all of my home theater devices with one remote. Easy setup.

Remote was easy to set with call phone app. Functionality is excellent. Did not like the small buttons and lack of back lighting.

I purchased this to take the place of the stock Fios remote. Works great

This remote is fine during daylight hours but in a dark room the small, unlit, buttons are a real problem. I think it is really designed for someone with a smart phone which I am not.
