Works well. But, I have all my equipment in another room. So, using the included IR extenders doesn’t work. It would be nice if the remote did both IR and wireless.

Very easy to use and is very handy when in trouble.

I love having ONE remote! We were able to program every one of our devices on the Harmony. In addition, you can use the custom program buttons to replicate any that are not on the Harmony remote. Great product!

The basic concept is really phenomenal. I'm experiencing some inconsistency, but that may be partially my network. I am very happy I bought it. If I can get it more consistent I will buy another one

I bought the Logitech remote to reduce the amount of controllers I had laying around. I chose this model because I needed the RF feature to operate my cable box which is stationed in a closet. Anyways, the RF feature works great. It operates the TV and cable without problem. However, the remote is not very great when operating the sound bar and Apple TV, beyond very basic controls (volume up and down). I wish it was more user friendly for navigating apple TV. Maybe I should have spent more to get the next model up. A touch pad would be nice.

This is an awesome product for general control of your entertainment center. For smart home use and intergration with Amazon Echo, but limited with other smart home items. But it does the job.

The remote works well but unable to utilize its full potential due to lack of clear instructions and access to tech support.

Upgraded for the new OLED and sound system from a 7 year old harmony. Honestly the thing has been spot on as of now. I haven’t had a single issue yet and the interface is so easy I was caught off guard. Highly recommend

If you have an ex loses tv stand then this remote is perfect to control you device. Only downfall is that there are no customizable buttons so there are some functions missiing

I purchased this remote to replace my older harmony remote and to have the hub. The hub connected well to our Amazon Echo and the app is easy to use.

This is my 2nd one I’ve owned. I had to replace one that a family friend broke. Easy set up. Even easier the second time around. App is pretty useful as well.

This is a perfect hub to combine all your various remote controls into one single device. Furthermore the integration with Google Assistant lets you voice control almost any device and activity. If you have Lifx or Hue bulbs - these integrate really well with them also.

Sad to see them go. With Logitech bowing from the remote market small home control gems like this are no longer affordable.

I am pretty tech savvy, but I had my son set this up for us as he had already set one up for himself. It took some time, but once done, it works very well.

This is pretty amazing. It integrates in with my current Harmony remote. It allows me to use my remote via my iPhone and that can be a help in a pinch. Integrating in with my home security camera, I can turn on my camera from the office to appear at home or prep the TV for when my family comes home.

The harmony remote is easy to program with the online app. It controls my tv, cable, DVR and my Apple tv device. This is the second one I own and I recommend it.

Setup takes some time. Sometimes the commands aren't recognized but after some additional tries, they will work. This is great on an iPad.

The actual "remote" is based on wifi and I do miss a true IR connection. I'm going to try this for a month or a and decide but overall happy. The IPhone app is a welcomed touch as well.

Since, I have several remotes to control my home system, this remote get lots of use. The only thing I dislike, is the battery. It is not rechargeable and I don't know if it is removal.

It works but the instructions are very limited and hard to follow. I've decided to start over and put it in a different room.
