After having a Harmony Remote before that had a touch screen, I was looking forward to having the number key pad. That is an advantage when selecting a tv station. The problem I had is, if I had a problem, there was no help feature. I ended up putting my older remote back in use and put this remote in use on a secondary setup in my office. If I had to do over again, I would go with the upper level remotes.

The remote was easy to setup and connected to all the TV, Blu-ray player, and sound system seamlessly. The app is easy to use, and makes for fun pranks over the summer as I randomly change channels on my kids while they watch tv at home while I am at work.

This has been a staple in my entertainment center and it ties in to everything well. I don't care to use the app as a remote unless I'm low on choices at a specific moment. It's not the most convenient way, but I love the sleek and simplified remote that comes with it.

I got this remote to add on to my existing harmony hub. Overall still not quite as good as the harmony one it replaced, but it's a solid remote and has a pretty responsive screen.

Purchased the harmony remote along with a Denon receiver setup both in less than an hour. Very east setup instructions . I already reccomended to friends and family.

We purchased the Logitech Harmony Companion Universal Control to go with our new TV, Receiver, and DVD player. Geek Squad programmed and set it all up. It works great and very convenient. Thank You!! R. & S. White

I like the fact that it doesnt use sealed rechargeable batteries. Standard battety lasts for months. Wish it had a backlight, but other than that its works very well.

not great for my setup. need IR sensor on remote so i returned. would have worked perfect if it just had the IR sensor.

It has some limits with the DIRECTV box, like allowing you to delete shows and has an issue with changing you tv sources. But other than that it controls everything else we own.

Would be a 5 star review if the sync over the WiFi worked. Keep getting a sync error and always need to connect to my computer to sync. Other than that it works as advertised.

This product has worked great for us, the older remote would work about 85% of the time to turn on and off our devices to watch a movie, watch tv or chromecast. So far, this remote has worked every time but twice, so about 98%.

I had extreme difficulty switching between activities, but found it was a problem with the horrible interface of our Vizio TV and not the remote. When we swapped out the Vizio for a TCL it worked flawlessly!!!

The Harmony Companion successfully eliminated needing 3 additional remotes. Programming required several phone support calls but they are extremely helpful and patient.

I bought this remote because a friend has the same one. Works well. I wish the numbers were just a bit larger. Otherwise, it's a really nice remote. Super easy to set up.

Don't be fooled by the propaganda, it does not give full function to PS4 or XBox S. Nice remote, just keep the remotes you are replacing close.

Great Product, Great Service in the store when I bought the Harmony. Today we were in the store to make another purchase and we were aghast at the lack of product. Is Best Buy closing the store? :-(

Works great some times hard to figure out my tv won’t hold Wi-Fi so that a problem at times

I don’t have a complicated setup - a Samsung smart tv with an amplifier. The issue is with how the buttons are registered with both - the “back” button doesn’t seem to work with the Samsung smart tv. The volume works with the amplifier but you have to have the right tempo when pressing it - you can’t hold down or press it too fast. Setup was pretty easy and the app is a nice fallback but I definitely appreciate having a physical remote.

I would definitely consider this remote but grab it when it’s on sale. It’s a little difficult (per my gf) trying to change channels with the touch screen but other than that there’s no complaints. I love the tactile feedback!
