This is a really nice remote so far. The cell phone control is great. the actual remote could have more features but all in all it is a great choice

It's a little glitchy a times, but works fine. Much better than some other considerably more expensive remotes.

This is the best remote I have ever had because of its accuracy without all of the other bells and whistles, compared to more expensive ones I’ve had in the past. Great remote.

I was very excited to get this unit but was very disappointed with its function (or lack there of). It was not easy to setup and I ended up needing assistance from their technical support. The technical support was more do it for you vs. teaching me how to program for the other devices in my house. Once everything was programmed, I had to move the hub and blaster several times before getting them to work properly which was expected however they were not consistent. Everything would work well for a few hours and then only half of the functions and/or commands would work. The hub froze several times and the delay between hitting the buttons and the action being carried out was way too long. This was my first experience with any Logitech/Harmony remote and I was underwhelmed to say the least. I returned the unit and will look for other options.

I have not taken this product out of the box as of yet, but I have used, and am still using 3 Harmony remotes currently. I love these units and will continue to do so.

This system was tough to sync up with my devices. Had trouble getting it to shoot through cabinet and get everything running. Home theater, Echo, BluRay and Cable wouldn't all work. The app isn't great. Eventually through a bunch of calls with their tech department, everything is running ok now, at least to the point that I need it for. If you have Comcast Voice Command, this technology doesn't do that yet so you will still need the other remote for that.

Would give it 5 stars if the remote itself lit up. I understand the premise behind remote is to use smartphone or tablet but using remote seems easier most of the time.

I bought this to entirely eliminate my need for 3 remotes. Although it handles most of the load, I still occasionally have to resort to one of the original 3 remotes. Heaven forbid if anyone shut down out of sequence though or I have to spend 15 to 20 minutes correcting things so that this will work again. It could be more intuitive with all my components. Maybe someday in a firmware update.

Everything setup easily but the older equipment would not always respond to the hub.

I have been using Logitech remotes for several years now and since then I haven’t had any disappointments. This particular remote is probably one of my best because it does not require line of sight. It’s pretty reliable and works as advertised.

I bought the Harmony Remote to help in my quest to a smart home. I need the remote to make my fireplace work with my system. I will say the fireplace works great! Turns on and off with echo like I wanted. The TV, DVD player, surround sound, all act weird. All commands work great one time and the next time something will not power on or power off. I will say that I only want to use Echo so I am hoping the IR will be fine from the hub to my wifi then to echo as I continue to learn the system.

had some trouble getting it to connect but finally got it all figured out. Instructions are not the best.

This has been a huge improvement over the previous model I used to own. The programmed buttons work really well. I’ve replaced both my cable and tv remote with this one. I still use my AppleTV remote. Overall, a great purchase.

Great remote although sometimes you have to re sync certain devices (Roku) for the actual remote to work or even your phone.

After several weeks of fighting this Harmony that was installed with our new LG OLED, we had to give it up. The Harmony is unstable; you can't depend on it to do the job it's supposed to do. This is my 3rd Harmony and the first with a Hub, which I suspect is the problem. My first two I absolutely loved and had NO issues with them.

I have been a big fan of Harmony remotes for years and have set most of my family up with them. This new version with Hub and iPhone connectivity adds missing features like PS4 support and home automation support missing from previous versions. Price point is well worth it

Works great. Takes a little set up but not hard at all. No longer need to plug the hub into a computer to set up. It can all be done through the mobile app. I bout to use with Alexa eco dot and it works fine. I used IFTTT to set up Alexa to trigger various activities

We highly recommend our installer, Caleb who installed our harmony remote system. He was obviously very well trained and extremely polite. I give Caleb 20 out of 5 stars! Thank you Caleb

Wanted a universal remote that tapped into all devices, including cable box, roku, surround sound and DVD. Set up was a pain. It works but with so many buttons, we still find ourselves reaching for original remotes, or using our voice or phones to control speakers and/or devices. There is probably la less complicated remote out there.

Not perfect but adequate. Buttons for Hue light don’t do anything but program an event will affect lighting as well as video and audio
