I am very happy with this purchase. I had an old Harmony remote years ago but this is much better. I am considering getting one for my other home theater system as well!

I hate this thing. I have a Harmony One that's barely clinging to life - battery issues, LCD screen burnt out, etc., so I figured this would be a suitable replacement. I was very, very wrong. First off...the ergonomics on the remote itself are terrible. I don't know who thought putting so many tiny buttons so close together on such a tiny remote was a good idea, but it explains why Logitech isn't the company it once was. I'm guessing the batteries will need replacing at some point, too, but who knows where they go?! Do you like functionality? This remote doesn't have that! Often times the response time is delayed - if it even works at all. Switching modes while you're trying to do something? It does that, too! Stay away from this if you value your sanity.

I bought this as a home automation upgrade over my previous "Smart Control" remote. Sadly, I realized that the range of devices it can control is still unchanged from 2 years ago. It still doesn't control Belkin WeMo devices. So I now have a remote with extra buttons that I can't do much with. I also don't know if they are even investing in growing the range of devices they control, or if the product is a dead end now. Please fix it, Logitech.

Once you get this set up you can have Alexa control tv channels and all Av components in your home. Make sure all on same wifi. I learned this hard way.

I brought this for my 75-year-old dad for Father's Day. It worked out great because he has old components for which he could not find the remotes. When this unit was set-up, it instantly replaced everyone he needed and they were not restricted by line-of-sight.

This one could hold 8 devices and I have easy more than that. Updated to another Harmony that could hold 15. Very good product though.

Installed and set up by geek squad. It works as advertised. Self set up could be difficult.

This wireless and web based remote with Alexa support is great. I wished the remote had a dedicated page up button to avoid having to do a long press.

The setup can get pretty cumbersome to get all your activities "just right"... But once it's set up everything works great.

Connects everything you need and setup is pretty easy, but the cable for the mini blaster isn’t a common cable and Logitech doesn’t offer an extension. So basically you have to get adapters and use a 3.5mm cable if you need the mini blaster in another room. Not sure why they do this and not offer a cable?

Logitech makes it easy and this was no exception. Upgraded from a Harmony One and why did I wait so long. I like that I can control more than just the TV, it does the lights.

I am a big fan of harmony remotes. In my home are use five of these things ...one in each bedroom and a Harmony ultimate in my home theater. Take the time to set it up and you’ll never have an issue

Needed the hub to complete my home automation. The remote is ok. would be better if it had backlight at night.

The device is useful. I give it three stars due to lack of screen and the problem of the the devices not responding to the commands. I thought my present harmony unit was going bad. This unit does not work better. Logitech needs to improve. Returned unit. The associate I spoke with was very professional. No problems returning the unit.

Have other harmony remotes,and saw the home control on sale. Figured I would upgrade to a more advanced harmony. This just didn't do what i wanted,it would turn on other devices that weren't even connect to the device that was being turned on. I'm a tech savvy person,and tried multiple different ways but to no avail. Just gave up after a week of trying and returned it.

Absolutely love this product. It could use some work on the user interface and configuration but it is still an amazing product. Works with my smart home devices and tv setup.

I was concerned that I would have to spend a lot of money on a RF remote and was quoted pleased to learn that Logitech offered a product. I have always been satisfied with Lagitech and their RF remote products are modestly priced and outstanding.

To save on cable boxes in the house, I have an HDMI splitter the connects to TVs in the bedroom and the office. The Logitech Harmony Home Companion allows me to control the cable box, which is in the bedroom, from the office. It works great!

Very difficult to program. Instructions are hard to follow. Price point is good and remote is very slim.

The only issue I have had with it was with Apple TV 4K and my Sony TV. To shut down the Apple TV, must go into the Apple TV settings and tell it to sleep. Then I have to hit the shutdown button to shutoff the tv..
