Works great. There is a few second lag when turning everything on from completely off, after that it works flawlessly. Very nice remote design and it automatically found everything I wanted to connect to it.

Once you can figure out how to work this thing then it's awesome. Had to view a few tutorials

I’ve been a harmony remote user for years, so when it was to update naturally I went to harmony and I’m perfectly satisfied, love the app!

I have this integrated with my Google Home and I absolutely love it. Works amazing!

This does everything you expect. Universal device support, interesting smart home integration, multifunction macros. But then Logitech's activity software has one unforgivable flaw. Every time you change activities, it must turn on any device it controls. Of course it does, right? How would it control a device if it isn't turned on? You see, that's the problem... the devices are already turned on, so when it resends the command, your stereo may turn off, or your TV blinks, or everything simply turns off and back on... all just because I'm on the activity using Input1 and want to change to the activity on Input2. This is even more annoying because I like to run my 9.1 Yamaha AVR in powered-off pass-through while using headphones. I've been an AVphile for more than twenty years, and I know how to program the VCR. This isn't operator error. Seriously, this issue alone made me regret my purchase. The old pre-internet requiring Logitech software was far superior to when this kit uses now.

For the money, this remote is pretty solid. Granted, there is a bit of a learning curve involved, as others have noted, but once you get past that, it works very well.

I know many people love this remote. Their needs are different than mine and maybe yours. If you see any of your needs in mine, DO NOT bother with this remote. Here's what I wanted ... a) a universal remote with programmable buttons which would mimic the multitude of remotes I have b) to easily switch from mimicing one of my remotes to any of the others I would program c) to learn bluetooth commands from my Samsung TV and Amazon firestick as two of the remotes I could easily switch to This remote fails all of these goals since it only wants to execute events. Also, bluetooth learning evidently exists for some Sony TVs I was forced to continue to use my goto universal remote ... I had to buy a new one having worn out the buttons ... a $20 Sony RM-VLZ620 (but ot for the faint-hearted to program) My system is the typical(?) two channel stereo with many discrete pieces and parts dedicated to vinyl as my primary entertainment activity. But there's a blu-ray player, an Amazon FireTV stick, a Samsung TV and YouTube TV all of which needs to be controlled. The Sony remote gets it all done but for a few bluetooth commands on the Amazon stick that it can't learn. I not tryong to disparage Harmony's product. But it does not meet everyone's needs. My hope is to prevent folks whose needs won't be met from wasting their time with this product as I ultimately did. I would love it if a learning remote similar to the Sony existed that could also learn bluetooth and RF commands.

We love Best Buy and the fact that they will price match almost any big box store as well as Amazon and Costco! We've used this for a couple years and haven't had any issues.

Product is average, great concept but can be finicky at times.

It is a bit pricey for what you get, but it is a good product too.

This allows storage of all my devices out of site in a cabinet with one blaster to control the TV. Like switching between devices and the input on the TV is changed as well.

Great remote! No lag and controls my Nvidia Shield and HDMI Switch which the 665 did not. Finally, one remote to rule them all!

I love this remote and the fact is, you can use your smartphone or iPad to operate the equipment. I have been looking for a remote package like this for years. Thank you for designing such an item.

I now have two of these remotes. Setup and customization through the app is easy. I wanted an all in one that would work with fire stick as well as my home automation products.

I bought this to replace my 14-year old LCD home theater remote. Setup was very easy, and the new Harmony remote operates all of my equipment without any problems.

This little wonder makes it ALL so much easier - music, TV, movies! I can now use the app on my phone as well as the remote to control my equipment. I wish I had gotten this ages ago!!

Did you know Best Buy rewards expire, well that sucks, why would they expire it’s crap, screw Best Buy... product is great though.

Always been a fan of the Harmony remotes, this is the one! Full home capable, app and remote operation. RF means no more line of sight for control! Buy it!

A little hard to program with the app, but once you get it working its great. Needs a little more integration with the Apple Tv.
