The perfect hub system

Acitivities go out of sync frequently

However, activities frequently go out of sync after turning off the power resulting in activities not turning on properly the next time the system is turned on.

Wanted to like it, but......

After 2 days of trying and 4 hours on the phone with "customer service" I have returned this remote. It is RF to the hub and then IR to your equipment......what a joke!!! Harmony offered me 35% coupon for my "trouble" and after several months I have received nothing!!

User error?

Maybe I missed something? Maybe I thought it could do more that what it was able to do? In the future, just might have Geek Squad come and set up home system.
