Good Remote works with Alexa. Would like better integration.

This Logitech Remote was my replacement for my COX DVR since it is all-in-one and works with ALEXA. The remote is flimsy when you want to put it in a flat surface, the material is easy to get dust and skin flakes especially when you have dry skin. I had an issue with setting up the device, programming, and it does not work with ALEXA to well she gets confused and gets stuck in one channel or volume, etc. I have emailed LOGITECH but they want me to call them and explain everything that I have issues with. I think the product is a great invention it might work for other people and devices they have but not for me unfortunately. I only use it to mute or unmute the TV at least ALEXA does not get confused on that one.

Purchased as gift to replace an older remote. FIL is very happy with this purchase.

I'm a fan of Logi remotes and am always looking for new features. The reason I didn't like this one it that it's not backlit. Just can't use it unless the lights are on.

Get it today - it's amazing. Everyone can access and it's easy enough to figure out.

Remote has needed a new battery every week...have to resync allll the time.. not satisfied at all..and how is harmony not compatible with belkin products! My friends swear by this product, maybe i just got a lemon...when it works, its great. ..just doesn't work very often...

The idea is great but doesn’t work very well, A little more complicated to set up just too many moving pieces and not enough information how to properly set up a device to use it to its full capacity.

I have had this setup for about 2 years now and have had no problems. I even use it with Alexa which is great.

It's amazing how much a basic product can allow me to use all functionality of my home theaters devices by using a phone or tablet

Finally a universal remote that works with all my gear, ir and WiFi. Audio, video and lighting all works!

This remote works for all of our devices, however, the downside is that the buttons aren’t illuminated - and there are A LOT of them. I need to keep putting my phone flashlight on to see the functions I’m less familiar with.

A bit of a pain to program at first but after a hard reset we became friends.

Great easy to use remote. Has a battery in the controller so a charging base isn’t necessary.

The hub is great thing, the android app works ok if it is loaded onto a large screen device, loading on a phone does not work too many screens to swipe through. The remote provided is really lacking on use. Get the hub less the remote
