    This remote did provide a solution for me to control most of my home theater devices, but the software is a little buggy and there still doesn't seem to be full support for my Nvidia Shield box.

    Okay remote, however, geek squad 3rd party dod not complete the programming of the remote correctly. Having big problems getting best buy geek squad back to the house to finish the job correctly.

    I returned this model for the cheaper one. The novelty of controlling your tv with your phone or tablet is nice, but the setup and time delays were a nightmare.

    Not compatible with my Xfinity cable service. I like the fact that it came with an app but still need to use multiple remotes to control my theater system.

    not their best remote, opt for a more current model. never did get it to work correctly. doesn't stay connected to the app. wasted my Best Buy "bucks" on this one

    I'm not quite certain if it's the remote of the amp but sometimes this works well, and sometimes I need to use the TV remote. Also, it would be nice if this could mimic the Apple TV Remote functions.
