Impossible to Program 2021

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent too many hours last evening trying to program this remote to work for 3 activities and 5 devices using the tablet app. I failed. The app interface forces you to go through baby steps that don't quite fit what you want to do and providing no way to go back or see a "whole view" where you can click, indicating "that's what I want". You think that you were successful and then, frustration, no the TV input didn't change from HDMI 1 to HDMI 3 for the Apple TV activity. Then the remote buttons didn't work for the Blue-Ray Player. Have you thought of throwing the remote at the TV? I did. Then I tried the alternate of using my MAC, as I had with other Harmony remotes, where I was successful. That bombed. Harmony has not kept up with Catalina or Big Sur and RECOMMENDS YOU DON'T UPGRADE TO THE NEW OPERATING SYSTEMS, just so you can program the remote. As if that is going to happen!! This company has lost its way. It had a good thing going with the huge catalogue of devices and the hub system and IR blasters with RF and Bluetooth technology. This remote has been around since 2016. I figured they would have worked out the bugs. But the programming interface SUCKS after all this time! Don't buy this remote.

Finally an all in one remote that listens

This remote is extremely sensitive to touch

Too expensive for what it does
