Over complicated remote

The app that the remote relies so heavily on is a complete disaster. You better hope you 24hrs set aside to try and get your first routine to work on the remote. I wanted this remote for the ease of pressing one button and it open Netflix and start playing a particular tv show of my choosing. Did not work well at all with my Apple TV. Also the lag lag lag.

Fine for Receiver and Switching, but not for TV

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These have helped solve the multiple devices and getting my receiver to work with my TV, but using it for my Xfinity DVR and normal TV use, it is absolutely useless. It was so laggy and bad that I just have to use the Xfinity remote to use the TV. I bought this so that I could just use one remote, but I am still using 2 to handle both. Not worth the cost overall to me.

No IR control for projector

Not very easy to use

Very frustrating. The app doesn’t have all the functionality either. I got it because I have a toddler that enjoys hurling everything he can as far as he can... this extent, the controller is extremely durable and very happy about that as he broke my last harmony and Sony tv remote quite easily.

Does not play well with others

As it did link with Alexa the functionality is not that great. Will become unresponsive to Alexa frequently and will not control Netflix even after saying paired successful. Like the other reviews it is a pain to set up and takes a while. But frustrating when you go through the set up and does not function as it should.
