not worth the amount.. use it with your normal remote.

This item isn't user friendly and it also had multiple issues connecting to all the devices.

What a waste of $150. I could have paid a lot less for an all-in-one remote that had dual inputs for my TV and sound bar. Instead, no one at Best Buy store in Tulsa Hills told me I would have to use a work-around to get sound between my various TV sources. Here’s an idea: hire Geek Squad employees to sell TV, Soundbar and remote so customers can be informed before they buy. I realize that’s a novel concept. And don’t get me started on the totally useless app, the understaffed store where no one answers the phone even on the sales line and the fact that I was informed I could not get a house repair call because my brand-new Harmony remote and sound bar do not qualify for home repair. I will never buy from Best Buy again.

Great idea if you have a newer version of surround system.

Not worth the hassle. It found my tv twice (in 1 list), and cannot control a roku ultra from 2020. I bought it as a gift and after 30 minutes of trying to set it up, not a single command translate to the physical remote... and the app is skimpy and poorly organized. I appreciate what logitech does for computer inputs (mite and keyboards), but they can't create a tv remote. This might work if your TV and other devices are older than the remote, it's not future proof nor universally compatible. DOES NOT WORK WITH ROKU ULTIMATE (will not turn on or off and the app says to manually control the roku). There if no remote that will control my setup, and this is just another entry to the list

Doesn't do all functions. Will sometimes turn off cable box and amplifier but not tv

We have an older receiver and this didn't work. So we had to get another remote.

Was a little disappointed in this remote. I have a different one that I love. .

I purchased this unit to consolidate remotes into one and to use Alexa to control TV, the remote works good however the Alexa feature does not work, when trying to pair the Alexa app and harmony it keeps telling me link unsuccessful as the hub is not set up even though it is

It's time for some decent alternatives to harmony remotes. I returned this product. Setup was so so, but like any other harmony remote, performance is spotty. For this kind of money, I expect the remote to work. All the time. Not occasionally. And I expect any compatibility issues to be worked out.

Setup was a pain, then remote required that I turn devices on one by one instead of being able to program cable box and tv to turn on at the same time with the push of one button. Annoying, didn't see any advantage to this remote.

Had Geek Squad out 2 times top fix - recommended different remote.

After reading the reviews I thought I would give it a shot. I have a Sony TV, Sony Blu Ray, Apple TV, and Bose home theater system. Set up of the hardware, easy. Plug and play...or that is what they say. After 2 1/2 hours I finally was able to get the TV and Apple TV to turn on, but still had to use my other remotes to navigate. It is not compatible with Bose or the Blu Ray player. A Blu Ray player made by the same company that made the TV. As I was trying to troubleshoot with Logitech Customer Service, the remote picked up a signal and started controlling my Mac Mini in the next room! I didn't program it to or even intend for that to happen and I have my IR sensor off for remotes so how it found a signal for that baffles. Do yourself a favor and get something that you won't want to throw at a wall in the end.

I have a harmony one remote for years, thought I would like to upgrade to this. Didn't like it at all. too hard to get working, didn't control right, I prefer a stand alone remote with the screen like my harmony one.

Remote was difficult to set up. There were some features that worked on the phone app but didn’t work on the remote. Remote stopped working after about 10 days so I returned for a refund.

Stopped working within a week. Ended returning it.

I was unable to program all the features I think i'll get Geek Squad to finish the programing I was hopping to get one remote to control a roku,TV,dvr and Verizon set-top box they all turn on but I still have to use the original remotes

Had it professionally installed. Still have issues. If you listen to the music, you can not go back to watching TV You have to reset the cable box. I had the older version several years ago and it was great. This one is more complicated.
