Did not work with Apple TV

Logitech, only cares to sell, not support

The result was the support agent telling me to bind the OK button to another button on the controller. They did not have parts or a way to service/replace the remote. Best option was to buy another remote.

Most of the time it powered on the wrong components, and next attempt not work at all. Then out of the clear blue, it would work properly once. My Harmony One was a great remote. Not sure what to purchase at this point.

No better than a $20 remote

Caters largely to using your phone or tablet to control your devices. Although I was unable to get it to completely work.

Features don't work as advertised

I was told it was a radio frequency remote, so I would not have to have cabinet doors open to have direct access to my receiver. I was told by installers that was not correct. I've spent $250 getting my system installed so don't want to take it all back (I bought $1,000 or so of equipment - receiver - subwoofer - etc).

It worked for a few weeks, and then stopped. the Tech support person made a trip out to check, said the unit didn't work, and ordered another, setting up an appointment for reinstallation. So, we worked it out.

Worthless

I ended up just adding a fourth because the remote is so incomplete when it adds the devices. After spending 3 hours and still only having the Tv working passable, I have decided to take it back to Best Buy.

I really wished this product would work as seamlessly as I hoped. It cuts the number of remotes, but it takes a minute to switch the functions and everything. High Hopes, kinda let down.
