I replaced six remotes with this amazing product. It took about 90 minutes to set up but was well worth it in the end. I cannot stress enough how great this remote is. The actual remote has a great feel and works perfectly. The harmony app that works on phones and the iPad is just as good. I highly recommend this product.

Clunky software and marginal hardware resulted in a wasted evening. I really wanted to get this thing working, but when it couldn't turn my TV on and get it to the correct channel, I gave up and took it back. I guess I'll continue to use my 16 year old AMX touchscreen because this thing is just not user friendly. You would think the developers would put it through the paces to work out ALL of the bugs. I called tech support and they recommended I spend another $150 for the elite model. FAT CHANCE!

I spent hours trying to set up activities only for it to randomly turn off/on my components and to not find my LG TV inputs. One of the worst products I've ever purchased, and I'm a fan of Logitech. I just want a remote with normal buttons: input, mode change, component change, etc. The idea of Activities seems okay, but doesn't work in practice. A terrible universal remote.

Love the Home Companion. I have it set up to turn our bedroom lamps on and off and control our TV, soundbar, DirecTV, Apple TV, and FireTV. If it only had a system-wide sleep timer!

I have never been more disappointed with a product from Logitech. I was under the impression this would be simple to use out of the box. Nope. You literally have to program EVERYTHING. There's no presets out of the box just to start using your device. It all has to be programmed in PER activity. I just wanted a fun remote without all the hassle but this requires a lot of time and effort to get everything right. Not to mention... sometimes things dont even turn on properly. Yes I know you can add delays. But what I mean is that random apps will start playing without your saying so. Sometimes device will open up menus without you saying so.... requiring you to get the original remote to make the menu go away. (Defeats the purpose.) I dont understand how anyone loves this thing. It's a pain in the butt to set up and it's unreliable to boot.

Logitech has quietly updated the firmware of the Harmony Hub and closed off it's local API settings to people without warning and without apologies. This makes using this system pretty pointless unless you: want to wait around for your system to talk to the cloud OR don't have anything you want Logitech to control in your house. No apologies have been given and no support is on it's way. I would never buy this product again or anything having to do with Logitech ever. This is the second smart home device in 1 year they've decided to brick and basically say who cares to their customers.

I want my money back...from Logitech! This is a poorly designed remote which should never be out in the market. It loses programming on its own, has terrible reception and not at all fit to be in any home let alone mine. I do not have a challenging setup. A plasma screen, an a/v receiver, an Apple TV and Directv box. That is it. Even then it does not work. I am using only 2 of the home buttons Did not use any other function. Brought it back down to the basics to no avail. Now I need to find an alternative soon as the family is mad at me for spending > $100 on a piece of junk. Shame on you Logitech!!!

Cumbersome setup leading to one of the most unsatisfying conclusions in my consumer life. Absolute trash.

Do not buy!!!! Works intermittently. When I press the button to start watching TV nothing happens. Then after I've turned on my devices using the regular remotes it will start sending out signals turning this on and off multiple times.

I spent a week to set up and inputs keep changing. Every time I set up a string of devices it changes. No help!
