Rather easy to set up for the average user . I really like the smart interface that alone is worth the purchase.

The nVidia Shield remote is pure garbage - sleeps to quickly and then queue's multiple commands and runs them all when it decides it should wake up. This remote is perfect. I prefer physical buttons over a touch screen because I can navigate without looking. Using a spare phone I kept hitting buttons I didn't want to. This remotes make the Shield a definite keeper. How nVidia managed to screw up a perfectly good remote on the previous model is beyond me.

Worked great to integrate my fire tv, sound bar cable box and tv. Nice to have one remote again.

Good product and very convenient that Harmony application could be installed onto any cell phone. You are getting multiple remote controls which are operating trough the same hub. 4 stars based on my personal experience to get WiFi link with my Verizon 10 + years old Router. Most likely router fault.

The product was easy enough to setup, I added my devices, configured the activities, there was some difficulty with my receiver as it took longer to warm up and begin processing further input than the Harmony could be set to delay. Sometimes it would fail to turn on a device, and then they would be out of sync. Further we often switch between Antenna and chromecast, and the harmony could not facilitate the switch. Sometimes the remote just doesn't work, or 5-10 minutes later it may send the command. I did troubleshoot for awhile and I tried to use it within its limitations, but it was ultimately more annoying than useful. I just sort of forgot about it.

I do not like the remote that came with the hub in this package, but the hub and the app are great for controlling your entertainment systems. I am still trying to find the perfect remote and I don't know if this is it. If you don't mind using your phone or tablet as a remote, it could be right for you.

After setup, I had no problem with the device. It works great.

If you have a number of devices, this is a great universal remote. Easy to set up with the app and reliable!

A little tricky to initially set up, have patience. Once it's hooked up, it's very easy to use. Nice app for your phone too.

I love how the Hub works regardless of where the remote is pointed, and the app is great for the inevitable times when the remote is misplaced. My only complaint is that the integration with Amazon Alexa isn't consistent. Alexa often "has trouble finding" the Hub. Fix that and it's a 5-star device.

Remote is easy to use and easy to setup. In the dark you have to remember buttons by placement but you can with a little effort.

Yes set up may take a little bit of legwork, but it walks you right through the process. I love it.

The Harmony remote and hub work great. I love the smartphone app which allows me to control the TV from anywhere in the house. I bought this to integrate with Alexa which is still quirky. One of the harmony skills for Alexa claims that you can just say "Alexa turn on the TV". I still have to use the phrase "Alexa tell Harmony to..." with every command. This is a small price to pay for the convenience of not having to get off the couch :-)

The directions are easy to follow and it is so easy to use with the rest of my smart devices.
