No more standing up to find the eye on the TV!!!!!

A little tricky to initially set up, have patience. Once it's hooked up, it's very easy to use. Nice app for your phone too.

Rather easy to set up for the average user . I really like the smart interface that alone is worth the purchase.

The nVidia Shield remote is pure garbage - sleeps to quickly and then queue's multiple commands and runs them all when it decides it should wake up. This remote is perfect. I prefer physical buttons over a touch screen because I can navigate without looking. Using a spare phone I kept hitting buttons I didn't want to. This remotes make the Shield a definite keeper. How nVidia managed to screw up a perfectly good remote on the previous model is beyond me.

Now that devices are controlled through multiple channels (bluetooth, wifi, IR), the hub is a requirement to have a truly unified experience that controls multiple devices. With the addition of a standard remote for times when someone doesn't have a connected smart device, this is the value available.

Used this at work to connect to a direct TV box installed in the next room. Worked great! Easy installation and setup.....

I do not like the remote that came with the hub in this package, but the hub and the app are great for controlling your entertainment systems. I am still trying to find the perfect remote and I don't know if this is it. If you don't mind using your phone or tablet as a remote, it could be right for you.

What a good purchase. The remote is easy to set up and use. It replaced over 6 remotes. Highly recommended.

Good product and very convenient that Harmony application could be installed onto any cell phone. You are getting multiple remote controls which are operating trough the same hub. 4 stars based on my personal experience to get WiFi link with my Verizon 10 + years old Router. Most likely router fault.

This was the smartest move I made when moving into my home. I purchased my entertainment from best buy and having all theses devices I had 5 remotes for each device, but the harmony allowed me to box up those remotes and place them in a safe location. I am clutter free and I can go upstairs to my bedroom and if I forgot to turn off my television, I reach over for my cell phone that is ALWAYS by my side and I power off from my phone and all devices that are synced to my hub are powered off. Thank you

Worked great to integrate my fire tv, sound bar cable box and tv. Nice to have one remote again.

I love how the Hub works regardless of where the remote is pointed, and the app is great for the inevitable times when the remote is misplaced. My only complaint is that the integration with Amazon Alexa isn't consistent. Alexa often "has trouble finding" the Hub. Fix that and it's a 5-star device.

The Harmony remote and hub work great. I love the smartphone app which allows me to control the TV from anywhere in the house. I bought this to integrate with Alexa which is still quirky. One of the harmony skills for Alexa claims that you can just say "Alexa turn on the TV". I still have to use the phrase "Alexa tell Harmony to..." with every command. This is a small price to pay for the convenience of not having to get off the couch :-)
