Harmony smart hub

However after watching YouTube tutorials, I was able to control my entertainment system the way I wanted. Not a 5 star because the instructions that came with the system were not adequate for my purposes.

Best remote to control ALL my electronic devices

I purchased my entertainment from best buy and having all theses devices I had 5 remotes for each device, but the harmony allowed me to box up those remotes and place them in a safe location. I am clutter free and I can go upstairs to my bedroom and if I forgot to turn off my television, I reach over for my cell phone that is ALWAYS by my side and I power off from my phone and all devices that are synced to my hub are powered off. Thank you

Great Remote

But after a month or so of using this, I end up using the remote for about 75% of everything I do. Unfortunately the last firmware update made it so the remote doesn't work(the hub works fine when controlled by a smartphone). I'm sure this is fixable, it's just annoying.

Making Life Simpler

She was having problems with her old TV remote (some buttons were no longer working). She is slowly getting the hang of it. My brother no longer has to go over and fix problems with the remote (because she would hit the wrong button (such as DVD) and it would no longer control the TV). I even gave her a cheat-sheet to know what to say to Google.
