I am a fan of Harmony universal remote and this is my second one after many years. It works great for me.

I bought this for my 90 year old mother and hooked it up with a Google Home. She was having problems with her old TV remote (some buttons were no longer working). She is slowly getting the hang of it. My brother no longer has to go over and fix problems with the remote (because she would hit the wrong button (such as DVD) and it would no longer control the TV). I even gave her a cheat-sheet to know what to say to Google.

Multiple remote controls have been eliminated. The harmony was very easy to program and even easier to use.

This device is easy to use and replaces all of my remotes.

I have 4 TV inputs, one of which is an HDMI switcher. I can control my TV, Soundbar, PS3, PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, Shield TV, PS2, HDMI Switcher, and even my house lights with this thing. I even can use it with Google Assistant. So I can say something like "Hey Google, let's watch TV!" It dims the lights, Turns on the TV, Soundbar, and Shield TV, Launches Plex, and sets all necessary inputs, just like that. Worth every penny!

Able to turn on my tv and switch inputs on the tv with ease using Alexa commands.

When this works it is okay, but setting up devices can be hit and miss

the old version of this had the transport buttons (play pause) in the lower middle of the remote. This had a much better feel. I installed this in my guest room and it works great for that. The elite is much better for a room you use frequently

I had become a remote farm, too many different devices with remotes. This solves that problem beautifully!

I am using it in conjunction with the ECHO DOT to turn on an off the Sony TV, av, DVD.. works great...

This is my second device. The setup has gotten easier and the software is more refined. Works great.

Setup takes a while, but once it's done the included remote and app work great.

Everything it does it does very well. A little time consuming to setup at first but overall great.

Along with the app you never really need to look for a remote anymore. You can just use your phone.

Everything is at fingers' reach easy to read easy use

Our first harmony lasted 5 years. It needed to be updated often. This Harmony is smaller, or can be used with an app on your phone or tablet. It was difficult to set up and we have had to reinstall it twice. When it is working it is great. It is still the best out there.

Very good control, enjoy using it, I thought it very easy to use, with my physical disabilities found it very adapatable

This is a must have remote, and you can't beat it for the price. It works great to control entertainment and home devices, and works well with my Google Home voice commands. Only wish the remote lit up, but then it probably wouldn't be so lightweight and have such great battery life. This is our fourth we've bought and set up. They're all great and running well. Enjoy this remote !
