Easy to use

I use it to control my home theater and eliminated 5 remotes with this device. I like that it controls device behind a cabinet door and the ease of set up. The configuration application seems a bit out of date but it definitely had codes for all of the devices I needed. Keep an eye on the occasional Best Buy fire sale.

Best Ever Logitech - Harmony Remote

Like the ability to hide components
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We rearranged our TV and component setup by hanging the TV and placing the components in a closet behind it. The hub allows us to have everything hidden. The only frustration was figuring out that we needed to somehow get the hub in front of the TV and soundbar and then use the extender in the closet for the DVD player. But now it is great and we use Alexa to control the TV and to start movies.

Complicated setup but very useful.

Overall, once you figure out these minor hiccups, the system is great and one of the better remote systems I have used.

Works Perfectly

No annoying help menu that asks you if every device is powered on or off when something doesn’t work correctly. That’s what you get on the cheaper Logitechs. Can’t tell you how many times I wanted to take my old one out to the street and run it over with my car or smash it with a hammer. Spend the extra money and buy one with a hub. The extra cost is worth the headaches it will save.

Great Remote System

Alexa integration is an added bonus. Only drawback is the remote is not backlit so can be difficult to use in the dark at times. Removed one star for the lack of backlight.
