Like my new Harmony

He called me when it was on sale and I went for it. I really like how it works well with Alexa. I do miss the "Help" button in case a device doesn't turn off or on correctly. But other than that, it's a great remote!

Tricky but useful

You will need to do some diving and digging to get the remote to do what you want and then remember the function you assigned certain keys. recently it stopped responding to the online portal not for sure why I can not get the unit to connect via the app

Like the ability to hide components
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We rearranged our TV and component setup by hanging the TV and placing the components in a closet behind it. The hub allows us to have everything hidden. The only frustration was figuring out that we needed to somehow get the hub in front of the TV and soundbar and then use the extender in the closet for the DVD player. But now it is great and we use Alexa to control the TV and to start movies.

Great Remote System

Alexa integration is an added bonus. Only drawback is the remote is not backlit so can be difficult to use in the dark at times. Removed one star for the lack of backlight.

Complicated setup but very useful.

Overall, once you figure out these minor hiccups, the system is great and one of the better remote systems I have used.
