Yay! No annoying help menu that asks you if every device is powered on or off when something doesn’t work correctly. That’s what you get on the cheaper Logitechs. Can’t tell you how many times I wanted to take my old one out to the street and run it over with my car or smash it with a hammer. Spend the extra money and buy one with a hub. The extra cost is worth the headaches it will save.

Once you get it set up it is great, had a hard time setting up with nvidia sheild tv.

This has been a god send to my family as we had a previous universal that lacked a mute button! The ergonomic design is nice, programming is a cinch and the ability to have IR capability is something I am looking forward to using in my future home theater setup.

It does what it is supposed to do, but I have only been able to get it to work on only one tv. I have 3 in my house. I haven't played with it enough to really try and figure it out, I have it connected to google home mini and it works good. I would recommend it.

We always have issues finding different remotes, and the TV remote broke (already replaced but broke again), bought a cheap replacement but didn't work as much as i want. This one I can assign actions to keys (like home, back etc).

This replaced my broken one year old Harmony One. The settings easily transferred to this new remote. Works well with a simple system. Had trouble pairing with the Nintendo Wii. I ended up not using this remote to turn on and off the Wii. Other than the Wii, it worked well with all of my other components.

I ended up selling this because I could never fully figure out how to use it properly. Apparently it's a great device because it sold for much more than I paid for it. If you're tech savvy then this is for you. If your only mildly tech savvy then just get a universal remote because smart homes are far too complicated and recording everything anyway.

Somewhat difficult to setup... But so convenient after Integrated with Alexa....

I'd used the harmony one for years, but the dog standing in the way has become a problem. I was constantly have to fix whatever device missed a command. With the RF control, that isn't a problem any more. I do miss the feel of the harmony one in my hand, but this remote works great.

Works extremely well. Easy set-up for my six devices. Only wish keys were backlit.
