Easy to set up and great remote control but difficult to get it to work with DIRECTV now on the Apple TV. It's more of an apple related thing than a Logitech issues so still a great remote and well worth the price.

This item was recommended by the best buy associate. He has been there for all my major purchases. When I was looking at more expensive unit he stopped to explain to me what I needed. I cant be happier with the unit and would recommend this remote to anyone trying to simplify remote nightmare.

I ended up selling this because I could never fully figure out how to use it properly. Apparently it's a great device because it sold for much more than I paid for it. If you're tech savvy then this is for you. If your only mildly tech savvy then just get a universal remote because smart homes are far too complicated and recording everything anyway.

I’ve had a few Harmony remotes over the years, but they’ve all had issues with getting out of sync with something in the system. Not this one, it has been flawless! The test? Not one call from my family while I’m at work, trying to get something to work. It just works every time. And the RF function is fantastic, no more pointing the remote towards my equipment with my arm out!

Great replacement for all the controls I had. Easy setup to get everything started

I've had several Harmony remotes, the best of which was the Harmony One, but the price didn't justify the trouble with "line of sight" IR functionality. This Harmony works perfectly from anywhere in the house (or outside). The iPhone app is seriously easy to use. Setup couldn't be easier; it took all of about 5 minutes. The basic remote that's provided is fine when the iPhone isn't handy. Overall, I'd buy this again in a minute.

We always have issues finding different remotes, and the TV remote broke (already replaced but broke again), bought a cheap replacement but didn't work as much as i want. This one I can assign actions to keys (like home, back etc).

Coming from a long time user of Harmony One, I am very impressed with this product. I didn't think any product could trump Harmony One remote, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have 8 devices and 6 activities programmed. Programming was a breeze using the excellent mobile app. The great thing is I don't need to have line of sight from my remote. It works via RF to the hub. I love this thing!
