||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The included remote control uses RF signal to it's hub so the remote works anywhere in the room and doesn't have to be pointed at the hub or device. This hub/remote also works Sony Playstation bluetooth players, all with the Smart remote. If you already have a Logitech Harmony remote programmed, it's pretty easy to switch the programming to this system. Will probably get another Smart Control for our bedroom tv as they work so well.

It's more of an apple related thing than a Logitech issues so still a great remote and well worth the price.

Logitech - Harmony Smart Control - Black
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned this item in favor of the Logitech - Harmony 650 8-Device Universal Remote. The Harmony Smart Control was not fully compatible with all my devices. I rated it a 3 because I believe this product to have much potential and may very well work with what other people need it for. It just didn't work for me. I own an Xbox 360 black, Yamaha receiver HTR-5640, Sharp Aquos, DirectTv HD-DVR, Comcast RNG200N cable box. It limited my functions on my various devices. The Harmony 650 was exactly what I needed. I wrote a review on that as well.

The best Harmony yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had a few Harmony remotes over the years, but they’ve all had issues with getting out of sync with something in the system. Not this one, it has been flawless! The test? Not one call from my family while I’m at work, trying to get something to work. It just works every time. And the RF function is fantastic, no more pointing the remote towards my equipment with my arm out!

Although it works with Alexa the commands are limited and the app is very clunky. I expect/hope this will be addressed in future updates. All in all still a great buy for the money.
