Great hub and picked it while on sale. Works with Amazon Alexa, voice activated

Coming from a long time user of Harmony One, I am very impressed with this product. I didn't think any product could trump Harmony One remote, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have 8 devices and 6 activities programmed. Programming was a breeze using the excellent mobile app. The great thing is I don't need to have line of sight from my remote. It works via RF to the hub. I love this thing!

This item was recommended by the best buy associate. He has been there for all my major purchases. When I was looking at more expensive unit he stopped to explain to me what I needed. I cant be happier with the unit and would recommend this remote to anyone trying to simplify remote nightmare.

Easy to program. It easily pairs with my amazon echo. Nothing bad about the product.

I brought it for integration with Google Home and IFTTT, has potential but is not flawless and I believe Harmony needs to work on better integration as there is a delay in commands, not sure why they can't elemenate IFTTT as it will reduce lag and miscommunication

I've had several Harmony remotes, the best of which was the Harmony One, but the price didn't justify the trouble with "line of sight" IR functionality. This Harmony works perfectly from anywhere in the house (or outside). The iPhone app is seriously easy to use. Setup couldn't be easier; it took all of about 5 minutes. The basic remote that's provided is fine when the iPhone isn't handy. Overall, I'd buy this again in a minute.

Does a great job, easy to program, and is compatible with all of my devices

I had a Harmony 650 prior to this. I had replaced my 650 multiple times and was still having issues with having to hit the help button multiple times to start the TV or turn the Xbox on. I upgraded to this remote and had it fully setup in less than 10 minutes. Its much more responsive and just as good. I was worried about not having a screen like the 650, but I haven't missed it once.

The Smart Hub is pretty cool. It greatly enhanced my ability to switch from TV to Apple TV or to the DVR or to listen to music. It knew all but one of my devices and that one was easy to add through the "learning" process. All in all, this was a great purchase. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars if I could.

Love that it ties into Alexa. Controller is a little simple but that's not bad.

Very flexible and powerful. I use this to control DVD, TV, and stereo with ease.

Overall the controller is great and very responsive, but the edges are very sharp I think I will take some sand paper to them honestly its annoying. Also wish the buttons lit up but overall it works great! Plus now I have Alexa control of my stuff in my bedroom!

It would be nice if the remote would lite up otherwise works fine
