Pretty Cool...

It greatly enhanced my ability to switch from TV to Apple TV or to the DVR or to listen to music. It knew all but one of my devices and that one was easy to add through the "learning" process. All in all, this was a great purchase. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars if I could.

When it is working it is a GREAT product. I think the issues are related more to the Alexa side though.

Good remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told it would work for doing IR as well but can't seem to make that happen so Best Buy employees don't know what they are talking about I would still brought it works great as a wifi remote just have to turn on the tv which is a pain with the tv remote

Pretty Good Remote

The controls programmed for these devices is very good. The "generic" remote that comes with it has basic buttons for common commands only. Overall it is a good system.

I'm not running the wire thru the walls. I need a remote to work thru walls.
