great controller easy to set up. works great a must buy for home set up

Great system to setup your home theater. The ability to define what components control which action (i.e. volume, channel change, etc.). Setup is a breeze and requires only your cell phone and app. Comes with an IR receiver so the unit can be placed in a cabinet with the doors closed keeping your setup nice and clean.

This control is very easy to set up and operate! I would recommend it to anyone!!

Works well and great smart features but some limited functionality with appletv. Have a hard time fast forwarding or rewinding with the programmed buttons vs the touch control of the appletv remote.

The strength of this remote system is the use of a smart phone or tablet to be the "remote" for the TV/entertainment system. The controls programmed for these devices is very good. The "generic" remote that comes with it has basic buttons for common commands only. Overall it is a good system.

Harmony hub works great with Amazon echo dot, smartthings hun and Phillips Hue!

I was told it would work for doing IR as well but can't seem to make that happen so Best Buy employees don't know what they are talking about I would still brought it works great as a wifi remote just have to turn on the tv which is a pain with the tv remote

I love this product. It was a little expensive but it is easy to use and incredibly convenient.

Good remote but the sensors wouldn't work for my application since by charter boxes are in my bedroom closet and I couldn't use the remote from the living room or my bedroom. I'm not running the wire thru the walls. I need a remote to work thru walls.

Getting this placed in the right spot was tricky and integration into Alexa has proven difficult at times. When it is working it is a GREAT product. I think the issues are related more to the Alexa side though.
