This remote with hub is great, no need to point remote at devices.

I needed a remote that was simple and easy install. Found it.

This is the best remote I have used. By using the web there is no need to point the remote. The supplied remote is very intuitive to use and can be programmed to your individual needs. I hardly ever use the phone app since the supplied remote does the job 99% of the time. The phone app is somewhat difficult to use and needs work. I recommend setting the the remote up using a computer. Very easy.

I was replacing a 650 and I have learned to love this remote better than that 650. It controls a Samsung TV, a Yamaha Receiver, Tivo and a Sony Blu Ray with no problem. If I want to turn off the audio on the Yamaha I control that through my iPhone app. I think this thing should be able to control anything I throw at it in the future.

Easy to use. Replaces all my remotes and even works with Amazon echo.

We are still learning how to make this control work. Not exactly pleased with this control as it is not easy to program and does not want to work well with Spectrum cable. If it does get figured out, it will be a definite plus.

Easy to set up, much easier than I expected and very easy to use

I have 5 Logitech Harmony remotes, 2 of which and the Smart Control. The programming has gotten much easier and the integration with Alexa much better. I love the fact I don't need line of site to the devices, which allows them to be hidden in a cabinet. Much cleaner look for the living room. Remote works with every device I have, including XBOX and FireTV.

I like that the TV and Apple TV work flawlessly but my PS4 and my stero have been an issue to work with. I pair it with Alexa but even though PS4 is under skills, still doesn't turn it on.

Can make it work. Operates with Alexa. The remote is good. The models of Products supported is good. Could be difficult for those not understanding connectivity and app interactions.

The Harmony Hub does exactly what it was meant to do, allow me to use either my phone or Alexa to control my TV. However, the price is far too high for what you're getting. The setup can be a pain, and your options are fairly limited.
