I was excited about this remote, sadly it's extremely hard to operate and sync, not user friendly works fine with Amazon echo, and my LG smart tv overall needs some work a lot patience

Great universal remote for hidden cable box, DVD, etc. I tried a different system first, but did not work well. This works. A little complex to set up, so we had Geek Squad do it, and they did a fabulous job. So good, we got another Harmony for a different TV.

I love not having to have multiple remotes. It is easy to use.

It works but could use more buttons yuou cam set for startup programs. It only has 3. Anything else we have to start from phone so. For example, we have roku set to start pandora and Netflix. Have to start Netflix from phone app

This is the 3rd of these remotes that I have purchased. I have one in use in my living room, one in my bedroom and I bought this one for my uncle as a gift. He wanted a remote that was simple for him and his wife to use, both of who are very non-technical. I set it up and they have used it easily without any problems.

I bought mine to work with my Amazon echo and it works great.

This is my first smart remote purchase and overall very pleased. Works well with the harmony app for the iPhone X. My only complaint is some lag time on initial system startup. Other than that this is highly recommended

Set up requires some patience depending on the number of components you have, but once that's done this really is a pretty incredible device. I wish it had backlighting, but then I'm glad that Harmony has at least one remote that simply looks like a remote. Anybody can pick it up and figure out how to use the thing for the most part.

Remote works ok. It's not responsive and has lag between button presses. It needs better IR coverage as multiple units do not all work if inside an entertainment cabinet. Overall it does what it says and makes it a good universal remote to work everything.

Purchased this remote to replace the Harmony 650 as my wife was tired of raising up to point the remote at devices to make changes. This remote solves that problem. My only regret is the lack of backlit keys and a "help" button.

So sometimes it has some issues with the set activities and other times it works flawlessly (On the included remote). I like the fact that I can use the app as a back up but it seems to work more consistently than the remote.

Functions perfectly through a wall to another room where all the electronics are stored out of view from the tv. Only thing is I would get the "ultimate" version (upgrade) in the future because it adds an IR option not available on the "smart control".

Great kit that offers simple solutions and very elaborate solutions for automating multi component systems. Gets rid of the clutter and confusion of several remotes and simplifies the process of operating. This allows you to truly be able to enjoy your a/v system without all the frustrations.
