This remote replaced 3 remotes for us and we love it!

Works with amazon alexa and no too difficult to setup.

Great physical size and feel. Relatively easy to set up but does take time to learn it. It controls every product I own down to each individual button function. And even if u get stuck, the support staff is not only knowledgeable and willing to help, they were even able to program button functions for me while we were on call.

I've been a logitech harmony user for years and find this to be one of their best products yet. I like that you can now connect it to Google Home and can control just about any action through your voice. I love to say, "hey google, turn on my tv" and it just happens now through the hub. Life is good thanks to this new setup.

Love the remote and simplifies my tv watching experience.

Easily controls my TV, BluRay, Surround sound, PS3, and Roku. Eliminated the need for 4 remotes. Integrates well with Amazon Echo/Dot. Occasional excessive lag time on a few features is the only reason I don't rate it 5 stars.

Handles a wide variety of devices with ease, my roku enabled tv, fire tv stick, Xbox one, cable box, and more. The only complaint is the artificial device limit,8 out of the box, extendable to 15 if you buy another remote.

This is a great product to have all your electronics set to one remote

The programming seems to work well and is straightforward with the phone app. Only downside is that sometimes you have to push a function button multiple times to get it to "remember" the activity you have it set for.

Easy set up for all my devices, worth every penny.

This remote has all the capabilities of the more expensive models. The biggest drawback is only it being capable of six activities. I bought this remote for friends who don’t have a lot of devices and activities to set up.

If you're looking for an extra remote and/or want to use your phone as a remote then this is a great option. But I didn't get this for that purpose. I got it because of it's integration with Alexa on Amazon Echo and the promise of direct integration that would allow you to just say "Alexa, do this" and it would happen. What they don't tell you and you find out when you start to set it up is that the only thing you can do like that is turn on your system. That's it! So you can set up an activity to turn on your entertainment system and set the receiver or tv to the input for cable or blu-ray player or other device. That's it!!! By installing a separate Harmony Alexa Skill, you get a few more commands but you have to say "Alexa, tell Harmony to..." And with that you get "Pause TV", "Play TV", "Turn the volume up", "Turn the volume down", and one or two others - but again that's it. It's not that this is bad - it's just I was expecting to be able to create custom phrases linked to custom commands. For example, one thing I wanted most to be able to do is use the my TiVo's "Skip" feature which skips commercials on a recorded program. But there is NO WAY to do this. It's lame because inside the Harmony app, I can of course press the TiVo "D" button which performs the skip operation, so why can't I just create a custom Alexa command that will trigger that, even if it's with the "Tell Harmony" integration and not the direct integration - it would still make me happier. The Anymote Android app has custom setup like this, but is a small independent developer and doesn't work as smoothly as the Harmony integration. Anyway, as it is this is a decent device, but if you're buying it for it's "Amazon Echo Alexa integration" you need to know it's limitations as it is. I am hoping Logitech will add the ability to create custom commands/macros and give them custom names/phrases that you can then trigger through Alexa. This is desperately needed functionality. If I hadn't gotten this on sale for a really good price, I would return it - it is not worth full regular price in it's current state.

Overall easy to set up great remote and very useful

I now own Logitech remotes in every room. They are really great and make life so much easier. I'm a electronic gadget person and my wife is lost trying to turn on several components, but with these remotes she hits one button (watch TV) and no more will you come fix this LOL my life is great. I had an older model several years ago and was very happy with Harmony. That one eventually died and I recently decided to go with one of these as I purchased a new SONY HD TV and wanted to go back to one remote. (I was using 4 remotes to watch a movie on my DVR). Tried this Smart Control and it was a pain. Eventually I gave up and returned it. I feel that the interface when setting up and the instructions have a long way to go. It never did work right and I will not buy a Harmony remote again. I have been in the high tech world for over 30 years and know my way around technology. Maybe I just expected more but I would not take one now if it was free!
