Setup is pretty straight forward. Only issue I had was positioning the base station to work with all my devices. Took a few tries but once I found the right spot works like a charm. Would definitely buy again.

I have a lot of remotes and needed something that would combine all in one, PLUS be able to use Amazon Echo with it. This was it. It took some time setting things up, but it's been working quite well so far.

I bought this to control my old smart tv. The learning curve was pretty steep, but once I got it set up it worked great. My only real complaint is the small buttons on the remote.

Been a long time Harmony remote user and this is the first one I have had issues with. I could not get it to control my Xbox One. In addition, if the receiver box was more than one foot from my HK receiver, it couldn't communicate with that either. The programming software did not seem to properly port my settings from my previous remotes over and after various attempts, I gave up and returned this. Ended up picking up the 650 again since it has been very reliable and still controls all the components I have.

I bought this so i could control my TV and other devices (PS4, XBOX one, Switch, Apple TV) and it works but some of the shortcuts are more difficult to create and some are not possible. I was hoping there would be the ability to create a shortcut button on the custom remote for me to turn on the TV and have it navigate to youtube on my older vizio but not as easy as I imagined. However, this remote has better connectivity than my vizio remote where I would have to press the buttons and point the remote a certain way for it to respond. So thumbs up to Logitech for that.

I have for years been let down by universal remote controls. I have all my components hidden and have used various systems to avail myself of multiple devices and the Harmony did it! We installed this device in 30 minutes and it has worked perfectly ever since! Definitely well worth the small investment. This also controls an AppleTV perfectly.

We bought another Harmony Smart Control after our kids gave us the first one for Christmas. Overall this is convenient once you get programmed the way you want, just wish the buttons were larger.

Harmony smartcontrol hub is good for connecting TV, home theater and other TV related devices with IR or bluetooth and works with Alexa and Google Assistant.

This device has been great in tying all of my devices together audio, video, wifi lights, alexa, etc. A little bit of a learning curve on getting everything setup even with previous harmony experience but its doable. I setup everything that was easy and have chipped away at getting everything else working.

This product works great with my Google Home, and works very well with all of my equipment inside a cabinet under my TV. I ran the IR blaster behind the wall and on top of my center speaker under my TV and it works great to control the TV! I already had a logitech remote, so setup was a breeze!

Easy to Use and program. No display but simple to setup.

This is a great product. I use it to control everything in the base theater. This only negative is it has no background light for me to see which botton to press in the dark

I love this smart remote. It's easy to use and very useful!

The hub is excellent. It helps your smart products communicate. However, the accompanying remote is a different story. This remote is awesome... when it is working properly. It is a little buggy and hit and miss on operating smoothly. Another downside is that it is not very intuitive as far as setup and the programming of specific buttons seems to be near impossible. I got this at a great price so it’s worth it to me (and, over time, I’ve grown used to it’s quirks) However, if I had paid full price for this product, I would have returned it almost immediately.

Awesome device for any smart home. I use mine with my Echo Plus and it's great. Only downside for me personally right now is that my Xbox one controls most of my entertainment and the Harmony can pretty much only turn that on and off so i still need to use the xbox controller for most things.

The concept of using ones home wireless server to control the system is very good and it's what's need for high tech TVs like the new Samsung's that only use Bluetooth signals for their remotes and also connect to your home server. However, programing the unit, especially if you have many components, take a long time and a lot of trial an error - but it works fine when you finally get it programmed. I think I should have spent some extra money to buy the Harmony Ultimate instead because working with the limited functions of the provided remote control for everyday control of TV functions and using my IPAD for special functions is a little cumbersome.

Product works as advertised but requires NASA to set up "right". Also wish I could customize the phone apps remote/button placement. Have to scroll left and right a lot to navigate menus.

Got on daily deal which made it a good buy. Took a little time to setup. I connected to Amazon Echo. But once set up it works good and make controlling entertainment system easy as saying a few words.

I purchased this to use with Alexa and its a little tricky and requires a few calls to support, which worked out well.....very sensitive to commands...Hub needs a few improvements but does work..
