Got this to replace an outdated an non charging harmony remote... (their support is seriously lacking) hooked it up in about 20 mins via cell phone. Couldn't have been easier. Works like a charm. No base to clutter end table with. All functions operate perfectly.

It is very convenient to have all systems in one remote

All the remotes were really confusing the heck out of him. The remote that came with his TV had a pointer and voice input, but they were unreliable and the pointer didn't work for someone who doesn't have a steady hand. So I got him this one. The iPhone app portion of it really made it great for him.

This is my first universal remote and I am very happy that I decided to by one. The Logitech phone app is handy and end up using it most of the time to control my devices. You can control both IR and Bluethooth based devices. The initial set up takes some time. But once done, work flawlessly.

In order to use this, you must have WiFi. It uses to WiFi to control everything you set up. But they have a app for you phone and tablet so you control the TV and other things. You need yo be knowledge in this type in product.

The Harmony Hub is a good way to connect to Alexia. The remote is a project for me, but the iphone app for the hub works pretty well. I have not connected the Amazon Echo yet but look forward to it.

This is a great universal remote. Being able to use it with your phone allows you to do anything you could do with the remotes for individual components. However, the "simple remote" can be set up to do nearly everything you will need to do. About a month ago, I replaced a Logitech Harmony 676 that just wore out and I couldn't be happier.

Setup, and understanding how to create the more difficult activities, takes some time (the better part of a day for me). However, once you figure it out you can do a lot and eliminate a bunch of remotes!

The basic setup was easy and fast. Getting all the stations and programs set took trial and error and a lot of time. Once programmed, it works great. If you are not willing to put in effort up front, this will not do much. After several hours of setup I was very happy.

I have a Yamaha sound bar that I couldn't get my direcTV remote programmed to control. With the hub I was able to place the IR sender over by the sound bar and still control the TV on the wall as well as the AppleTV and DirecTV Box. Plus the app allows me to use my phone to control everything, too!

I have always had a dream of being able to truly use only one remote for all of my home theatre. It truly is possible with the harmony hub. No only can I program an entire sequence of events, I can have it start on specific channels or apps. For the techie nerd like me this would be a must have.

I like the remote and the fact I can use my phone, I just wish it worked all the time. The remote works with my TV and cable box, but doesn't always turn on my sound bar. I have to keep setting it up to get it to work.

I bought this at a good price and it works great! My only complaint is that the remote buttons are sometimes hard to find without a backlight.

Bought to use with voice control with Echo, but saw they had another one with smart control remote that controls hue lights, so decided to return and wait to see if they eventually have that other one on sale. In the meantime will stay with using my Harmony 700 remote which works great.

I already had the Harmony Ultimate for my main TV setup but really wanted another for the basement. Added this for the kids in the basement and now I can remotely control the TV from my cell phone too. Works great when the kids forget to turn things off. Harmony system allows my to hide all my devices too.

This is a full featured remote control that supports many devices and standards. It works with IR, RF, and Bluetooth, including my NVIDIA Shield TV. It can be a little complex to configure.

This is a great universal device that works seamlessly with all of my equipment: Panasonic TV, Yamaha receiver, Samsung STB and more, IR range is "crazy good". This is a must have for anyone looking for a way to use voice commands via Google Home or Alexa to control your entertainment system.

Not having easy access to the model numbers of each product and put makes it a little difficult to set up but after set up it works well but sometimes we have to press the button on the remote twice it turn on devices.

It maybe a network problem but mine disconnects quite often. I have hub in the house and remote in the garage and it is iffy whether it works or not.
