SMART PHONE APP WORKS GREAT EASY TO SET UP AND USE

Great remote and it works well with both my Echo dot and Google assistant . It just takes time to set everything up. I watched several YouTube videos for tips, I suggest you do the same

Easy set up, getting better and better each update

We've been looking to get some components out of the main entertainment system, and this allows us to do that. No problems with "seeing" through walls, works really well. Igor helped us at the store, he was really great!

Excellent...the title says it all. Very impressed, 6 years strong on 1st. Still a great unit....especially with new 4K TV & devices., + Atmos soundbars, stbs, streaming devices, HDMI 4K switches,etc. ...all on & correct inputs set with 1 Button program!

Completely satisfactory. Wish I'd had it years ago.

For basic on and off functions to use with Alexa this is a great item. It is nice to say.. Alexa turn "on" or "off" the TV when you sit down for a show.

I like this concept of this product but so far the setup has been very challenging. The idea of one remote to rule my 5 remotes was very appealing to me but I’m still going back to my tv remote to fix the input and such. The “activities” buttons are nice but it is hard to remember which button is tied to what. I really want the touch screen on but I won’t pay the huge asking price. Overall it does what it promises and integrates with Alexa well too. I got it on a deal so I’m happy with the hub less so the remote.

It's not foolproof, but it works pretty darn well. Though I do find I sometimes need to say "Alexa, ask Harmony to ..." for the voice control to work (even after just interacting w/ Alexa).

Have to program on the computer but otherwise nice remote. Took some time to figure out how to turn off teh project as it required two pushes of the off button but once figured out it works great.

Great simple remote with hub for Alexa control. Shape is a little off, hard to change channels with remote constantly slipping out of hand. Needs better back that has non slip grip.

I used this primarily for AC split units that were not companies that the item supported. However; they have a method that can control items by flashing the controller at the same time and turned out it worked! Took about 15 mins and had to do it twice. Good phone app.

This has worked great. I can control my HTPC and receiver from my patio with my smart phone. Set up what I want to hear and control speakers and volume. Also it works great for controlling everything including TV for movies, etc. Nice that it's RF and not IR to make it all work together.

I like the simplicity of this remote. My only issue with it is it sometimes freezes up and I have to reset it to fix it, which is a bit time consuming.

Works as described. As many others have mentioned it is a pain to setup as the instructions sent very clear. However, after setup I've yet to encounter any problems after owning it for a few weeks. I do recommend this product but be sure to purchase it when it's on sale for under $70

This purchase was to consolidate all the remotes I have but mainly for integration to the Alexa App.Setup and integration process was slightly complicated but over all went fairly smooth, I had no major issues during setup and everything works as advertised. Well worth the purchase.

These are awesome at simplifying complex A/V setups. I have these controlling my Xbox Ones that are used as media center. They control the TV as well as other equipment including my Sonos. They don’t have a intimidating amount of buttons which is good for my wife, kids, and guests.

This remote control operates in 2 ways, though Wi-Fi (telephone, tablet, etc.) and Bluetooth (remote). I use both and found it very convenient. It supports many devices and I could use it with my entertainment system that contains as 20 years old components as new ones.

I bought this to be able to control my tv with Alexa while in bed. It works well. Setup can be a little difficult and time consuming. Four stars for no HomeKit compatibility.

I tried the 650 model and it didn't work. Decided to spend more in hopes of a better result. Same thing. Programming it was quite easy. The problem is that it turns on various components sometimes but not always.Very frustrating. If it doesn't work every time I might as well use the standard remote and save $129. I know someone who has the same type of problem and just puts up with it. Not me!
