I absolutely love this remote... So much better than having 6 different remotes to work my entertainment system... I especially love the Android app that allows me to control everything from my smart phone... Comes in handy when the remote magically disappears and even better when my kids have the volume too loud.

Great product. If you have a multi component home theater set up this remote is basically worth it. Overall this new version is really improves because you can create your macros on the phone app. Older versions required connecting the remote to a computer to program it.

The Harmony remote does everything they said it would. I mean this time I really could throw out the other four I needed in the past. If you're older than 55, or so, you might have a millennial help you with the programming, but once that is done you will be ecstatic with how it works.

This is a great product. I mainly bought this for the hub to use with Alexa and it works great. It wasn't easy to set everything up, but once it's done, it's totally worth the hassle.

For the price it was a little to expensive for me but I would just buy it for the base if i was to buy it again. The remote is not smart and pretty basic but does work.

Was able to get it working well, but over time it got a little glitchy. We use the app more than the remote because of occasional mistakes that need to be fixed.

I love this remote control so much I bought two more of them! Easy to setup; the iPhone/iPad application makes it very easy to use. Not overlyi fond of the actual remote control itself - the "long press" functionality takes some getting used to. Worth the money if it's on sale.

This is my second harmony remote. Didn’t have to set up the first, so I found it quite difficult to set up the second remote. Once set up, I have found the remote control can be spottty. Also, I was disappointed to find that you can only control one harmony hub at a time with the Alexa voice control feature. I have read they may be fixing this in the future. Overall, I am somewhat sartified with the harmony remotes, as my first works fine. There’s just a few things that could be tweaked to make it better.

the main reason I bought this is the hub. You can use your phone as a remote once you have the hub configured. Can control many things including controlling lights via smartthings integration (done that). Good buy. recommended.

Overall its good, but I have a Samsung smart TV, and wish I can make activities like turn up Volume or select Netflix and what I want to watch. Sometime the activities are a bit limiting.

This hub and remote work great. I have set it up to control 8 year old Sony TV, cable box, Klipsch soundbar, Roku, Sony Bluray DVD player. I am also using voice control through an Amazon Dot/Alexa. No issues setting hub up...nice to control the different devices with one remote.

We could hook up Samsung TV,DVD/blueray Player, Roku and the AV receiver and it was flawlessly working. But comcast DVR lag was so bad we ended up returning it.

This is the easiest remote to set up and then to use. The multiple remotes were driving my wife nuts. She can now do what she wants easily. I was looking for a second remote for me but now know this will not work. Only one remote can be connected to the hub so only one can be used.

I use this to control a Denon receiver, Epson projector, Roku3, Sony BR player, Xbox 360....it works great. I took an old Android phone and set it up as the remote. The components are in a media closet and the wifi/bluetooth work great.

Have this hooked up in an office to turn on a tv and speakers - works well to turn devices on or off, but needs to be positioned pretty specifically to work, and voice commands for volume adjustments are not as intuitive and easy - works well through the app though

Bought this remote on sale. It works well for the most part but sometimes the TV is out of sync with the DVR system. The phone features are convenient and smooth for th most part.

One would think that this remote would just work and instantly when you push a button, but that is not the case there is a small lag,

I bought this to use with my new Google Home. Allows me to control my smart tv and open different programs through "Harmony Activities." There is minor lag, but nothing that I consider a deal breaker. Use of IFTTT.com works as a great connector between Harmony and Google Home.

I purchased this product to go with my new system. I didn't want all the remotes to keep up with. I had a friend help me because I don't know much about stuff like this except I want it to work when I need it. I have to say since I am challenged in this area I am still figuring it out. But that's just me.

It didn't work, I have been a long time supporter of Logitech since the days of Pronto! I've bought this unit twice and both times I was unsuccessful getting it hooked up through the Logitech servers which no matter what time of day or day of the week we're never available. A big thumbs down for Logitech, a big thumbs up for Best Buy in taking it back 2 different times, I'll be back to Best Buy, But On to a different brand of remote for my systems.
