Was a pain to get set up initially with Alexa and tv but once done can do everything from voice or the harmony remote. Excellent upgrade to hands free tech.

I have two of these remotes and the ONLY issue I have with it is that it's hard to see the buttons in the dark and they are so close to each other that you may press the wrong button.

I was really skeptical that this would work due to the layout of my components in the living room. Installed the app, and with very little configuring it works with no issues. I like the fact that it connects with my FireStick.

A good cost effective product if you need to control relatively few number of devices. Requires WIFI. Some computer expertise is required, although Logitech setups are relatively straight forward.

I've always had a Logitech remote but getting the hub made it so I could use Alexa. Works great. Plus swapping the steps on the app is way better than having to plug in the phone to your pic and update via their website is a big bonus. And you can use your phone as a remote.

Item works perfectly with Alexa I would highly highly recommend this product in combination with Alexa. It is A-OK set up but once you get past the set up stage it is perfect from there. If you are considering controlling your electronics to Alexa get this item

I was looking for a remote that would integrate with my Amazon Echo. This remote isn't anything fancy, but it does the job. Would recommend only if you want a smart remote.

I have 2 of these, one for master bedroom and one for living room. They work great, you can hide all your components in a closet. You can use the app or remote. A little time consuming setting up activities but works flawlessly once setup.

Perfect if you have that crazy tv setup and just want to control it all. Also that remote is awesome because it can control both your tv setup and the home automation, so if you want to close some blind but you're not near your phone you can just use the tv remote!

Easy to program and functionality every now and then it miss a step on devices but let's be realistic in electronics nothing is 100% perfect or pardon the word idiot proof but all you have to do is press command again and done is the closest thing to perfect and easy.

Only reason I did not give 5 starts is the app is a little slow connecting but time will fix that hopefully. Lots of flexibility and partners. Scenario setup excellent.

Aided in the allocation of multiple remotes, a little disappointed it does not turn on gaming devices and slightly annoyed the remote takes time to wake up once in a while.

This remote replaced my 12 year old Harmony 890 remote. I was concerned that because the remote doesn't have IR, that I would have to use an IR blaster from the hub, but that was not the case, since my TV is a smart TV and is on the same wireless network

So, I thought I'd go to the Hub and connect to Alexa... well, I was used to the Harmony 350, a GREAT remote by the way, and expected the Smart Control to be at least as responsive, possibly more so. Once I hooked up the extra cable (not difficult) I was instructed to download the App to my smartphone (also, not difficult). Looking to make my Home Theater experience voice controlled with an extra remote for the kids... not so much. I consider myself an advanced user in technology and have had an endless number of gadgets and gizmos over the years. Alexa, Google mini, wireless routers, VPNs, private networks, custom phone systems and a lot of home theater products. After several hours, I was not easily (as advertised) able to get Alexa to recognize the Hub and the remote itself was mediocre at best. Worst of all was the MyHarmony App. This software is not ready for prime time. It has HUGE potential, but there are so many other systems that can do what this one promises already, I am unwilling to wait. The Good news: I was able to easily return the product to Best Buy and get a credit to buy something else. I was able to get another Harmony 350 which works great. The Bad news: Harmony does have so much great potential, just a little effort in Quality Assurance would make them the best product. However, their unwillingness to put in that extra effort to tweak the App and test the interface for ease-of-use for end-users, makes this product a loser, how very unfortunate for all of us.

This has been great in my current home automation. I used this mainly for my entertainment center which has a TV, speaker bar, Xbox One, PS4, Wii U, and Apple TV. With Alexa integration, I can just say "Watch Apple TV" and everything just turns on like its supposed to!

Reliable and easy to set up. Consistent response and not interfered with by living room traffic. Much more reliable in performance over our 650

I bought this to simplify the use of our TV and connected components for my wife. She used it once, although I feel it does what it is supposed to do. I'll just have to try to get her to use it again.

I really love this device, I got it to use with Amazon Echo, and it works great. It doesn't work well with my TV though, a Hisense, but it should work with the better brand tvs.

Overall I really love my harmony remote, I would have given it 5 stars if it had an IR transmitter built into the remote itself and didn't rely solely on the hub's ability to "see" your devices.

This is a good remote, but it could be better. More customization like with the higher end models. Also, the harmony app is sometimes difficult to customize correctly.
