I liked the fact that it has both phone app and simple remote support. Also, it works with the PS3 without any extra adaptors. The phone app is slightly slow in sending signals but its convenient.

This is my third remote from Logitech and I have to say that it is a good purchase, considering that saves me time trying to find all different controls for my home theater, some features from the TV and Sound system are not available but still a good value.

I've installed three of these now. My house, parents house, mother-in-law's house. It's a great resource for getting all the right things turned on and on the correct input. We are all very happy with the simplicity this remote brings to complex entertainment systems.

My husband had a hard time trying to connect to all devices. So now it's just sitting in the closet. Never used.

Harmony, a great companion to Alexa. Fantastic way to manage home entertainment system utilizing voice commands. Fairly easy to setup but expect some challenges.

I purchased this product to use with Amazon Echo and it works as expected. I can now turn my tv on and off and goto certain channels with my voice using Alexa. I also can control my insteon devices as well. Excellent product and integration. Will be buying another.

I have used this for roughly a week now. Setup was very easy if you are somewhat tech suave. I love how it controls all my devices but the selling point was that it controls my fire tv which is not available with any other universal remote.

This is the most advance remote I have ever owned. It includes a RF remote also. I used the smartphone app with it on a regular basis. The app could be slightly easier to make some functions easier, such as getting into DVR function with DirecTV.

Could not get this remote/hub to connect with my linksys mesh system router. Contacted logitech customer support, they could not figure out the problem.

Logitech has created a great system. It has a lot of features that can be accessed through the computer or the mobile app. The only issue is that it can be a little daunting to setup. It's not very intuitive but once you get past that. It seems to work.

Its a great universal remote with tons of button features but requires a hub to be connected.

The hub can be integrated with SmartThings and Alexa, if you take the time to do all of the work. This can be complicated, but the work is worth the effort.

Worked like a charm and easy to set up! This is the second one that I have purchased, one for the upstairs system and one for the system in the media room. Works wonderfully, I can be in another room and pause,rewind or change channels with the RF remote.

I almost spent over $350 for the top of the line Harmony remote, but the sales manager at Best Buy told me this would do everything I needed for 1/2 the price. He was right; thanks Best Buy.

This is a fantastic remote at a great price point. The hub gives you the ability to sync with Echo or other voice automation for a great "semi-hands-free" experience. Can't do everything with voice command, but a good amount.

I purchased this remote because it is able to control my bluetooth enabled TV and NVIDIA Sheild. It is also able to control my regular IR components and does not need direct line of sight with my equipment. This thing also controls my Smart Home devices.

This unit is a great controller for any home theater system. Connects to your wifi and still has a RF remote for behind closed door operation of components. You can also use the app on your phones to run tasks either setup automatically or setup yourself.

I bought another one for the bedroom since I liked the one in the living room so much. I have it set up with my Echo Dot so all I have to do is say, "Alexa, turn on the Xbox" and the TV, AV Receiver, and Xbox all turn on to the proper inputs.

Doesn’t seem to sync with everything that I have. Has trouble with Apple TV and Alexa. Never seems to turn on everything when using boice commands.

I bought this product so I can get rid of my excessive remotes plus I wanted to hear my voice with my Google assistant. It was easy to set up and even easier to use. I'm happy so happy I bought it, it works great and worth the money.
