Works as expected. Wish you could have multiple tasks employed at once. If you have one task activated and ask it to do another one it turns the first off.

Overall a great product. Since I owned an older Harmony RF only remote I was able to import all my settings directly on my smartphone in their app. Total setup was 5 minutes.

I bobught this because I have my TV mounted above my fireplace in my living room. My components are located in a closet behind the fireplace. This remote is works by radio frequency, It controls the components quite well, and I can keep them out of sight. I like it !!

you don't have to be tech savvy but knowing a little helps with programming. included remote has limited functions if you have more than 3 different devices. but with their "smart device" app you can add any other device thats is ir or blueteeth(joke) capable.

I replaced an older Harmony remote with this one in order to add more devices. I miss some of the buttons on the previous remote & the new remote buttons seem to be very small/close together. Apple app is better to use versus pressing/holding the activity buttons.

On a positive note, I got the remote at a great price since it was one of the Best Buy deals of the day. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing i have to say about this product. I can't get it to recognize my soundbar. It keep skipping over inputs when I attempt to switch between antenna and streaming. Now I can't even reset it to factory default. Until I find a couple of hours to giving it one more try, it is sitting in my junk drawer.

Basically works, but slips out of your hand because of remote shape. Needs a redesign. Not lighted, but for the price point that is expected. Does work as advertised and Harmony remotes in general let you customize like crazy. Hub would lock up and require reset every once in a while which was a pain. Otherwise if looking for a universal, programable remote that works with Amazon Echo this does work.

It works pretty well for the most part. It react kind of slow. Some times you have to turn everything off for it to work properly.

The remote and hub seem to work fine, but I'm really disappointed by the Alexa integration. That was a big reason why I bought this, and it only works for what seems like 1 day after you link your Harmony account using the Alexa skill, then it just stops until you re-link it. Super annoying............. I've re-linked three times now and it stopped working after a day or so each time.

... when an activity doesn't work correctly, you will need to use the smart phone to fix it because you can't use the simple remote to can't fix it!

It's a great product when it works right. I've had to reset it from time to time in order to get it working properly again. It is simple to setup.

haven't gotten a lot of use from this. used it initially for a month but then did not bother.

I felt we have to spend considerable amount of time when setting up this the first time. But after that, it works smoother and also with amazon echo.

Takes a few steps to set up, definitely easier with a computer. Plus side is it eliminates most remotes.

If you're into home automation this product is for you this is a great way to manage almost all your products from your house from Tv's to lights.

I bought this for my grandparents, parents, and mother in law. They all think it is the greatest thing since sliced bread. They were so happy to condense all their remotes into one. I will always recommend harmony remotes

This remote has all the features of my cable box remote plus it is programmable. I can switch from TV to PS4 to PS3 to Xbox360 without having to get out of my chair. The remote can be programmed to turn off your devices when you switch from one to the other.

Works fine, except that it mutes my bose solo at times for no reason, and at times remote tends to forget what device it was currently controlling.

Works great. Was concerned about button placement going from a Harmony One to this remote, but the remote is much smaller remote, fits in the hand well, and because of it's small size, the control buttons are in a good location.

This works great with my echo, would have giving it 5 stars but for some reason I'm have issues with connecting it to my Samsung smart TV
