nice device. I like utilizing the Android app for changing channels. no complaints. nice and convenient. you don't always need your remote to change the channel.

I bought this TV for my upstairs living rooms and liked it so well that I bought it's bigger brother for my basement. Great picture and great price.

I bought this remote for my mother for Christmas. I've had great luck with them so far and I picked this remote to help her out since she has had bad experiences with remotes in past. This should help simplify her life.

This was returned because the buttons are too small and it is impossible to read with older eyes.

This remote works all of my devices with no issues. It does take a bit of work to get everything configured, but good as you are walked through step by step. The included hub sends a strong signal to control all the devices.

I have used this for about 2 months now. It has been great. I have it set up with my projector, hdmi input selector, receiver, and PS4. All work great except the PS4 won't allow other remotes to have full control. Boo Sony!!!

In combination with the Amazon Echo this a great product. It can turn on first the receiver, than the TV XBox Apple TV or Concast box. All with one command. The phone App is Ok and give you option to control it from your phone.

I have purchased many of these, both for myself and for others and will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs a programmable remote. Internet is not required to use these, only for setup and if you want to use the app.

Once I got this Harmony Hub hooked up and running it works great. I can control my entertainment center using Amazon's Alexa. The reason for the 3 star rating is the difficulty setting the Harmony Hub up in the first place. I'm technically literate and I had trouble setting it up. I had to uninstall and reinstall the Hub several times before I got it working right. If you have patience and persevere then this Hub will work for you too.

I have 3 of these for all of the viewing locations and they all work well. I will note that there appears to be an issue when the internet is down or is being highly used, but I believe that the vendor is working on this.

This thing is great. Especially since the smarter remotes don't allow you to select DVR easily, and this does. Easy to use for the rest of the family but allows me to do crazy stuff also.

I am a custom installer and this is the third Smart Control that I have installed, the first being at my personal residence. Easy to program and works with IR, RF and wifi. Also integrates with Alexa for voice control!

I have a typical system: TV, Receiver, Bluray, and X-Box. The remote has three function buttons at top. One for music, one for TV, and one for Movie. It was easy to set up and I just set the music button for x-box and changing activity is flawless.

Bought it to work in conjunction with Amazon Alexa. I’m now able to use my voice to control my tv and home entertainment devices.

This is my 4th Harmony remote, so I am very familiar with the setup, but I still ran into problem during setup process. the web based software did not work correctly first time. I was able to get the setup completed the second time around. I use this in my home theater, and it works great with my projector, receiver, and blu-ray player. but no matter what i do, it just wouldn't work with my DVD player and 3rd gen Apple TV....
