I purchased this in store for my Dad after he had a new TV delivered and installed by BBY. Super easy setup, had the TV, Dish receiver and BT soundbar working in 10 minutes! Great range and does not require line of sight.

This hub is great. It is so much easier to program than my Harmony One Remotes. All your device remotes in one place at your fingertips.

Work great after a longer set up than I expected. There is also very limited instructions in the box. Really little info especially if you install more than 1

Good overall. When combined with Alexa it sometimes freezes forcing me to use my other remotes. Not perfect but I'm satisfied overall.

This is my latest Harmony. It is a slightly complicated to see up, but overall it's a remote plus it also has a phone app, that will even let me control my AV equipment from 40 miles away over the Internet.

With a device limit of 15 you can only really automate a room and not the whole house. However, I like the direction they are going with the remotes.

Loving the HA opportunities with this fantastic hub. Added it to my Amazon Echo and can control both TVs! Sweet! The wife likes it too.

This remote relies on setting up custom activities through the mobile app, allowing one button to turn on your entire system. This is great for the first power on, but difficult when you want to quickly switch between different inputs. Ultimately returned it because there was no quick way for me to control my sound bar volume. The volume control on the remote tried to control my TV audio, which wasn't linked to the sound bar.

The Harmony Smart Control is nice and convenient but chances are there are newer/cheaper products that does the same thing and more.

I bought this from Best Buy deal of the day for the hub. It was cheaper to get the hub with controller. Now I have an extra controller to go along with my Harmony Touch. Working great. Highly recommend the Hub for Ps4 ..

Love the function of this setup. We are a family of 5 and all 5 have smart phones. Everyone downloaded the app and are loving it. It works out of someone replaces the remote, you can always use the app and still work your electronics.

While the remote can be helpful, i think most people buy it for the hub. Overall its not bad and integrates with alexa

Setup took a little work, but nothing unrealistic. Now all of my AV equipment, AVR, DVD, Xbox, Wii, even the old VCR are controlled with one simple remote. And if the remote is buried in the couch somewhere I can do everything from my phone.

Bought as a gift for a less then technical savvy friend. I walked them through the online setup and told him to give it a try. out side of finding the model info on the equipment everything went smooth.

not the smoothest set-up but the best deal for a harmony remote with the hub (what you need for the Alexa integration). Works well.

Only problem is the inconsistency of the product. When starting it sometimes has a problem which corrects itself after several tries.

I wish i would have gotten this sooner. I now just use one remote and it works with Alexa. There was a slight learning curve on setting it up. If you want to get rid of all your remotes this is the way to go.

It works great as an ir repeater for components in media closet . I only wish the ir blaster could be hidden better and still be effective.

I haven't had a chance to try the "hotspot" device yet, but all the other parts of this device work great, including the Android app.
