The item does work with alexa after tweaking around the settings. however, my thoughts were having a voice controlled tv would make watching tv more convenient, I actually found myself having to reach for the remote control more often than not. Also, alexa sometimes doesn't recognize your command. You also have to remember different code words because you have to use two different apps for tv power and tv volume.

Remote works well so I'm happy about that. Setup was a pain due to the horrible smartphone app, which is essentially required.

I bought this for my Alexa control and love the fact I can set it up to do many different things at once with one command

I have owned four Harmony remotes now, each of which have lasted around a year. Even though the keypad included is small, it seems to work really well.

I bought it with intentions to use with Amazon Echo - I was a little disappointed. Yes it can turn on my tv, change to right input, turn on sound bar, turn on cable box and turn cable box to a specific channel. But it cannot do volume controls. This was the biggest intention of me using it. If you have a complex setup and compatible devices, this is great for you. It can turn on Apple TV Gen 4 but cannot turn it off.

A very good product that replaces a plethora of individual remotes. It requires a bit of patience during the setup phase.

I'm a geek so I love it. My wife isn't so she has problems. I love the tablet app. The update was great, but there is a little room for improvement.

The Logitech - Harmony Smart Control is a nice device - if it fits into your plans. That is: do you always have your cell phone handy? If so, then you can use it to control you tv, stereo and similar devices. It also connects with Amazon Echo - so that is a plus. However, the Logitech Harmony hub is not a general purpose Smart Home hub (such as Samsung hub, etc) but it may do what you need for some home automation.

Based on salespersons recommendation, I bought this remote with understanding that it would work to operate my Bose Lifestyle audio system that was controlled by radio frequency and not typical IR remotes. I could not get this system to work with my 12 Year old Bose system that worked great but needed a new remote. I had hoped that the Logitech remote would solve my problem and eliminate need for 5 remotes. It did not do as expected and I returned the item.

The hub was easy to set up, and it's also easy to add new devices and modify existing ones. One remote operates my TV, Roku, and sound system. I can even use my phone as a remote control!

This is a very nice remote. Lots of nice features. Only drawback is you need to use your phone for some operational things that the remote has no buttons for. But overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it.

so far it has been great. though it does sometimes go out of synch on the system but that might also be the directv box

I am a long time Logitech user. I got this to use with my Google and Alexia. It works ok I keep needing to tweek it. Sometimes it turns on all the equipment and sometimes it does not and after I ran the programs to test everything. It works 75 percent of the time. Which is not good but I will keep working it to see if I can get that percentage up, It works fine with your cell phone apps.

It's so much fun telling Alexa to turn on the tv, change the channel, turn up the volume. I'm used to backlighting on my hand held remotes and this one is not. But most of the time I don't even use it.

This is my second Harmony. I have it linked to my other smart home devices like Google Home and Lutron, and it's been a solid performer. The smart app is really handy when I can't find the remote.

You cant beat the R/F feature for the price. The smartphone app seems like its still a work in progress, needs to improve the interface for Android.

Great addition for my smart home. I was looking to get rid of five remotes and with this device I was successful. Although it was hard for me to set up the customer service was very helpful

I bought this solely for the Alexa functionality. The Harmony Hub's ability to control all of my wifi bulbs is an added plus as it allows for native Alexa control rather than having to create IFTTT triggers.

Works extremely well. A little hard to program and I thought I'd use the phone companion app more than I did. Overall works well and I would recommend.

It took some doing to program it then I called customer service and they were very helpful.
