I bought this to pair with my Echo and further enhance my smart home experience. It works great although it does take some time and learning to set up all functions to use with the Echo voice prompts.

I was a little frustrated with the documentation available online there was very little in the box. I was hoping to be able to remotely connect to the control center across the internet. I needed to be able to help my mother remotely. I was also hoping that favorites could be pick from a web base application running on a Mac. Lastly there appeared to be several versions of software depending on which model of remote a little too confusing.

I tried this with two tv's, a Samsung six series and a Sony 8 series. It worked better with the Sony but never worked great. The app and hub couldn't connect most of the time which was irritating and the integration with Amazon echo was spotty. I could live with those two faults but the remote itself was unimpressive. I'm sure the more expensive versions would be better but i haven't tried them yet.

I will cut to the chase on this one. If you set it up to turn everything on at once (receiver, tv, apple tv, etc.) & for some reason it does not turn say the TV on. So you press the button again. Well the TV will turn on & the rest of the devices shut off. It works great when they all turn on at the same time.

Works as advertised but was a little complicated setting up and getting it to work with my tv, soundbar, and FireTV.

Great help to rid oneself of a “remote control jungle”. Needs a few more dedicated device buttons though.

Yes it works but I am not impressed. I would have rather went with the first model universal remote I was considering and was cheaper!

This was very hard to set up and after it was it would mix up signals all the time so I brought it back to the store.

The Geek Squad set this up for me, so I can't comment on the ease of set up. But it sure works great. Now we do not need 6 remotes laying on the coffee table. We are down to one, and it works great!

Bought this because it works with Alexa. Come home say "Alexa turn on the TV" and it turns on TV, Receiver and DirecTV box...ready to go. Great product. I can then use remote for quick volume adjustments.

For as expensive as this product was I was pretty disappointed. The setup was extremely cumbersome and the remote does not always work.

This product is great. I have it paired with Alexa and it works wonders for me and my family. A must have if your have a newborn and can't reach the remote to change the channel or turn ON or OFF the TV.

It’s good product some what slow to setup and not a feature rich as i expected

I have spent plenty of time trying to perfect my admittedly simple setup, which has actually been a lot of fun, but some devices just don't interact well with this system. My sound bar, for example, can only cycle through inputs rather than directly choosing one, which makes it virtually impossible to get Harmony to select the right one. Certainly a welcome addition to my connected home overall, though.

I've had about 5 or 6 logitech remotes this is by far the best. the hub makes it the best. smart phone app and alexa intergration make it super feature rich. i just tell alexa to set up the activity!!

I added this hub to my system upstairs. Still in the process of setting it up with other devices.

I've had Logitech remotes for the past 10 years. They're easy to set up and very intuitive to use and I don't know what I would do without them the single remote control life is the best entertainment life.

I've had several different models of Harmony remotes, and have always been satisfied! So when one of my soft keys begin to stick (after 4 years), this was right on time and the price was right!

Had been looking at and trying out headphones for awhile, and finally settled on the Titanium Beats when Best Buy had a great deal on them-- awesome sound, and classic color! Can't stop wearing them!
