My One finally bit the dust, so it was time to upgrade. Though the Elite is the best in the line, this provides all of the elite features through the free app. it's a solid remote, we love it.

This is a great remote with hub to pair with Alexa for hands free actions like turning on entertainment center devices.

Product seems ok for the price but I ended up returning mine because it just would work the way I wanted with my setup.

The remote app is great. I love being able to update my programming without having to connect to a computer. I've had the Harmony 1000 and 1100. This option is so much faster in response time. Very happy with this product.

The remote itself is nothing special, but the IR blaster makes this ideal for home automation. It works with Google Home with a few extra words ("Hey google, tell harmony to turn off the tv").

This is a good remote to use when your receiver or other devices are hidden in cabinet or behind a wall.

Works well and as advertised. The hub will sometimes disconnect but it’s seldom and easy to reconnect.

It was kinda tricky transferring all of the programming from my old harmony 880 (particularly the mouse function for pc control), but customer service was able to help get everything working.

Very happy with the purchase of this remote. Ties in all of the products in my entertainment center. The hub and iPad/iPod control make this the unit that ties all my entertainment products together

The app stinks. I basically use the mini remote that came with this unit and don't even mess with the app. Looks like there was no thought put into the app. Just throw some plain buttons in it and that's it. The only reason I'm keeping it is I'm hoping the software developers at Logitech come up with a user friendly and appealing app.

Works very well with Shield Tv. Android app is not very well made though. The interface is a bit confusing.

I always wanted to get rid off 5 remotes I have for various devices and the harmony was my solution and Best Buy also had the best deal on it even on a amazon prime day. I love Best Buy!!!

Got this to work with Alexa Echo and it works great. I can turn on and off my complete system and also change the channels with voice commands. You do have to set up at first and then it is set.

This is a good option that includes a hub. The remote layout could be better, but still very usable.

I would not recommend this remote to ANYONE! And this is disappointing considering I was replacing a wonderful Logitech remote. Though laborious, I was able to set up the remote. However, the mobile application does not stay connected to your network. Constantly my mobile device is searching for the network. The only way it can be done is to manually reset the hub EVERY TIME. Not ready for prime time! Stay away!

This remote just replaced my cable box, receiver, Blue Ray and TV remotes! Programming was very simple and handled within about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

I paired three of these with a Smart Things hub and some Amazon Echos, and now I can control all my TVs by voice, smartphone, tablet or with the surprisingly well-made included remotes. Huge fan.

This has been a fun little add on to a smart home. As you will read with other reviews. It takes time to set up.

This is a great product that works well with my Philips Hue Lights and also will allow you to control your TV.
