The controller accepted and controls TV and cable and works very well, but fails with older Bose surround system

I guess I am a remote junkie. I have tried all kinds over the years. These latest hub remotes work great. I had a cheaper ones and they would easily get out of sync. This one works great.

Works with Alexa but was a huge pain to program. Took a while to get set up

I have a home theater setup where my receiver, DVD, and DirecTV box are in a cabinet, and of course, my TV is mounted on the family room wall. I needed a remote that emitted a IR signal to turn on and off the TV, and a RF signal to control everything else. Well, the description on the website is very misleading. the RF signal is only converted to IR through the hub and micro blaster. the remote itself emits ONLY RF, NOT IR. So, it would not work for my configuration, and I had to take it back. Thanks to Best Buy for having a great return policy. 5 stars to them for that.

Easy to set up however it does not always work properly and needs to be reset

It's one of the best remote you can buy.. I am controlling over 7 devices with this single remote. AMAZING.. I just wish remote keys should have been little bigger..

There is definitely room for improvement in the way it works with Alexa but it is pretty intuitive.

It's great to control entertainment units, but have trouble working with other IR controlled home appliances.

This remote is better than the touch screen remote. It tales some getting used to but it's a good remote.

Worked with everything I had except it wouldn't switch from controlling one thing to the other even though the tv had switched to the desired component.

A must have if you have a home theater setup and allot of components!! It'll make turning everything on so much easier and switching to different hdmi's am just must have.

Replaces all of the remotes on the end table. Great to automate normal viewing activities across all devices.

This is a good remote system that allows me to use my IOS to control multiple devices. Good value with included basic remote.

This remote is great. It works on WiFi and it's fully programmable for all of my entertainment units, which are inside a cabinet. It even can have time delays set on particular settings.

The product has some great features are a little more than I needed for set up time.

This is a powerful little remote. I was able to quickly connect to my devices and smartphone. The ability to press one button and turn on all my devices is great. I now have 2.

I love this remote and hub. It's very responsive. I paired it with an echo dot so I can control my entertainment system with my voice.

it quit working after about a year, its a good thing that I got the protection plan for it. All is good now.

great for home automation, i use it to have google turn on my entertainment system and control inputs and whatnot
