Easy to setup it takes awhile to get all the information in the program. But when its all entered in its a done deal. It also works good with alexa so its then handsfree.

We love this remote so much that we bought another one for the basement. It has some functionailty with Alexa and we are able to control several components with it through voice.

It’s pretty good for the purpose of controlling the tv with Alexa but it is complicated to set up

Sometimes it skips turning on and off one of of the devices but with the help button you fix it

This thing is a piece of junk. I like to use my iPhone and the wife uses the remote and this has become a complete disaster. When switching to different uses, it causes the system to go bonkers and sets the TV to different sources and I have to dig out the other remotes to try and correct the situation. Now, I've checked to make sure all the sources were correct, even going so far as to print up a sheet with the specs that were set up in the product originally. It takes a long time for it to react to the iPhone commands and even using the remote in trying to switch to another input like a Xbox causes it to flip in and out of the DVD player. It is so frustrating but I keep on trying to make it work correctly. So if you set it to watch TV and nothing else, it will work most of the time. But trying to access the other items has been pure hell. Your best bet is to stay as far away from this as possible!

I wanted to add all my audio and video components to Alexa and this Harmony Hub makes it seamless, Its nice that the product actually does what it is supposed to do and easy!

We purchased this to replace a Logitech universal remote that had an LCD screen. Although we appreciate the simplicity of this remote, we are missing the "help" button on past remotes. Often, our devices do not turn off, switch inputs, turn off as they are programmed to do. There is no help button to let the remote know it did not function as programmed.

This remote replaced my previous Logitech Harmony remote that my wife never learned to use. Once setup the controls of this remote are easy to use and similar to a TV remote.

I’ve use these remotes for years. Easy setup. Nice app. Great button customization. Even better device compability. Great price point. The best on the market.

I've recently fixed up my apartment with SMART appliances and this is a must have for my entertainment center. I've always loved Harmony products and this is no different.

It's great once all the proper components are on and running, but getting to that point has been a bit of an issue. The unit is supposed to be set up to turn on all components for whatever you are watching, but sometimes it will turn only a portion of the units and then trying to get them back in sync is a challenge.

This is the second remote that I got for my TV. Only issue I had was at time the remote won't turn on my TV so I had to go into the actual app to fix the issue

This seemed like a great product and for a work it worked wonderfully, we were able to easily find our devices and get things to work, but mysteriously suddenly stopped working, we had to go through the setup process again. this has happened twice in the first month of owning the device. But the convenience of the remote might be worth the trouble if you are looking for something like this.

This is a great logitch remote. It can control things within cabinets and also can utilize a tablet or smartphone as a remote in addition to the basic one that comes with it.

I usually research this type of product prior to purchase but took a salesman word for it. The quantity of emitters you can plug in limits the amount of areas that can be controlled. I have a wooden cabinet with wooden shelves, so I actually needed four hub/emitter locations. The system will only allow three hub/emitter locations. Next time I'll pay the extra $50.

Works great. The remote isn't as cool as the other Logitech offerings, but I rarely use it. Connecting it to Google Home was easy and allows for control via voice.

Technology enthusiast. Love the product. Much more responsive than my DirecTV remote and it's so much more convenient than having multiple remotes. Let's face it..we're always on our phones!

When it is finally set up for voice commands through Amazon Echo, it works pretty well. Not perfect but can set up favorite changes to command by voice( through echo).

Works well but I have to use the Yonomi app because Alexa will not play well with multiple hubs.
