Happy with the integration with Alexa and the remote is solid but I do not like the shared ff-skip forward and rwd -skip back buttons that you need to hold to invoke the other actions. It also is hard to remember which action goes with which of the 3 action buttons for items you don't use often. (Long press to select 3 more actions for 6)

Overall a great remote system for the money. Secondary remote could be better

Love this remote. Works well. The only thing I don’t like is it has no backlit keys.

It's a very tedious process to set up with Alexa. It doesn't perform 100% after setup either. I've had mine set to turn TV, lights, Netflix or Amazon on. Worked fine for a few days and now it's not starting Netflix. It shows it in the steps but it won't work. I'm tired of deleting and programming. I just leave it as is and manually start Netflix now.

Purchased for basement home entertainment system. Have Harmony Home Control upstairs and allows both systems to work of of same iPhone or each with their own remotes.

This remote works great with all my devices. The hub integrates with my Google home using IFTTT. This allows me control over many devices besides my AV system.

Setting up activities is a little fiddly, but once it's all set this is great. Alexa, watch TV....

Nothing is cooler then walking in the room and asking Alexa to turn your TV on. I've only used the remote once, seems like a waste unless you absolutely need another

Still not quite sure about this. When it works it's great, but you have to spend quite a bit of time with the setup and learning how to use it. Half the time the right components won't turn on or default to their programmed settings. I still to work on it more, but there's been a lot of time spent to try and get this thing to work as it should.

After using Harmony for a while, I purchased the hub and Companion remote. Being able to control devices from my phone/tablet is wonderful!

This is by far the best universal remote I've owned. Great bang for the buck. Set up was simple and I was very happy that integrates seamlessly with Amazon Echo Dot.

Harmony has been the standard for years in universal remotes. This one is great. Works all home theater stuff and action buttons make it easy for the tech impaired.

Works well, has some noticable lag on input between phone and actually sending IR signal

I was told this is a must have and decided to try it out. I have been pleased with this so far.

Works with Alexa and is quick and responsive. Takes a little time to teach yourself the proper comands but then works as advertised. Harmony produces excellent products

This is my second logitech remote and I have been enjoying a lot. Its bit tricky to install again this is for non techies. It works fine once you setup your devices.

My buttons on my TV remote control were not all working. This was the perfect solution.

This works great, once it’s setup...it’s a little difficult to sync it up to Echo Plus
