I bought this to interface with my Amazon Echo to control my tv, dvd, and stereo. It took some renaming of my devices in Echo but it now runs everything great.

Great product. im able to control everything with one remote and the best part there is an app for my phone

This is a cool device, but it's kind of hard to set up! Not a real friendly app.

the setup instructions lack detail and I had to call tech support to actually complete the setup process.

The app could be a little more intuitive and functional, but overall works great with entertainment set up and other appliances.

This device replaced an older "all in one" remote that had limitations. It was installed easily and works perfectly. No more pointing toward the devices.

The hub is perfect but I wish I had gone for an upgraded remote.

Can take some tinkering with placement of hub and IR blaster, but afterward it's so convenient. 6 remotes to 1. Like the feel of the remote in my hand too.

The remote has a great feel. Since the remote connects over RF, it can be pointed in any direction. The base has a good amount of IR spread.

I bought this to replace the older logitech remote. I want it to connect to my Echo so my kids can turn on the TV and change channel using voice commands.

Great device, but wish it had an IR added to the remote. I would have given it 5 stars.

Great device that is little known but great power and control if used fully. Link it to your Alexa device and you can control almost anything.

Harmony used to be the high-end remote to choose. Unfortunately they seem to have fallen from Grace as this remote control setup only works sometimes when used with Google home and it becomes more frustrating to use this rather than other remotes. Unfortunately I could not recommend this for other people.

Had to reset router to get it to connect but now works great.

Wasn't impressed with the remote. Setup was easy and considering that I already had an earlier version of a Harmony remote, bringing the info over was painless. The problem however came with the fact that a lot of the features are only available via the mobile app which seems to be more of a companion app rather than another option to use. The fact that it doesn't have an LCD for adding feature buttons leaves it missing the ability to have those device functions that I'm used to using on the 600 & 700 series remotes. With this unit those features are only available via the phone app. Also found it somewhat clumsy using the app to change volume up or down. Overall I personally think the whole idea of a wi-fi remote is a good ideas seeing how it doesn't need to send a ir signal but the missing on remote functions are a huge fail. It makes it all to awkward and clumsy to use both the remote and the app.

Works great with Google Home and Google Assistant. Functions great as an universal remote and the companion app is simple to setup and use.
