I have owned a number of "all in one" controllers over the years. Logitech has finally gotten it right. This is the easiest one I have ever had to set up and it works perfectly. In fact it works so well, I bought a second one to use in my motorhome. No more tables full of remote controls.

I have owned one of these for a couple years, and bought one for my Mom when I saw her using 4 different remotes. Love the macros for the functions, and setup is intuitive. I knew about Harmony remotes for years, but didn't care for having to aim it to work correctly. This RF remote is comfortable and has an excellent range. I have used it in the back yard to control my stereo while in the pool. Highly recommend.

After many years, my old Harmony quit and reluctantly I had to look for a replacement. What drew me to this one was 1 - the price and 2 - works without needing direct sight of the devices. The later was an issue for my receiver, due to being in a cabinet and at certain angles would not work. This new one was set up in just a couple minutes. All devices work with the doors closed and the phone app has come in handy to override the teenagers attempt to control viewing. This would be a 5, but I have had to "reboot" the system twice, when for no reason it stopped working. You do this from the phone app, so you may want to look elsewhere if this bothers you.

great controller, You can map any devices and turn them on and off. only issue is that some devices that do not have IR cannot be Controlled with the included cobtroller

Other than the little amount of difficulty and setting up I am very pleased with this product. I have it and stall beside my TV in my bedroom. However with my phone I am able to control my bedroom TV, living room TV and Roku, and our upstairs TV and Roku. Super cool to use one remote now

I was buying this as a gift for my girlfriend. While walking through the store a Best Buy sales associate saw it and said, "That is the best product in this store". Pretty bold statement, considering all the awesome stuff there. But as I have had one of these for myself for a couple of years, I had to agree with him. This remote and hub combination does everything I need. It works every time, and controls every device in my system. It's pretty simple to setup, and even controls my PS3 using Bluetooth. The remote feels great in the hand too. BTW, my girlfriend loves it too.

Connecting this was very easy. Software setup and import from previous Harmony Remote was slightly confusing, but eventually worked. Sometimes modifying my virtual remote was difficult to find the correct settings. Overall I would recommend this, remote it easy to use and works well with Google Assistant and Amazon Dot.

I have a Roku 2 that I connected to two TVs in different rooms using a Rocketfish HDMI Splitter. This remote is great for being able to change the channel for the 2nd room. Works really great at night in bed since the Roku's remote requires you to point it directly at the box.

The setup of this product was very simple. If you know your A/V equipment model #s most of the work is done for you. There is a delay over using separate remotes, but be patient. This sure beats training every house guest the complexity of multiple remotes.

I was skeptical of the power of the infrared emitters on this but they certainly seem to do the job! I have it sitting on top of my A/V system and it reflects the signals off the fabric-covered furniture with no problem. I had issues with my TiVo Premiere in that the TiVo would often be busy and not respond to (or "see") the signals so, often, a power-on sequence that included changing tuners and channels would fail at some point. With the new TiVo Roamio, though, I have no problems. It's still very modal -- you can only affect those components that are included in an activity so if you're activity-based, you'll be fine. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the unit.

Like me, most of us probably have a lot of remote controls at home with all the streaming devices, soundbars/ speakers, and the television. This was great in consolidating them all in one remote. i was able to program the buttons to power on certain sets of devices and automatically connect to their respective HDMI connections, whether into the Apple TV or to the Sony home theater receiver and into the other cables connected into it. Awesome. Its not perfect as I get a couple of disconnects but was easily fixed with a power refresh.

Excellent remote does basically what you want a remote to do. Can program multiple activities. Only downside is if you hit an activity button while it is active the sound gets messed up.

I have a smart home / home theater business. I install these all the time. This costs a fraction of touchscreen model. It is a good option for people who have a cable box, a Blu-ray player and a third device, like a Roku. It can support 6 activities, but for simple folk, I'd not do more than three. It reduces 3-4 controls easily, but any more complicated setups, and get a higher model. Also, this one lacks home control features, which only matters if you know you'll use them. The hub it comes with is the same you'd get with an Elite, so that's not a concern.

I bought this remote so I can control the tv through my amazon echo. Now when I walk in the door with my hands full of groceries I can just ask Alexa to turn on the tv. Was easier to setup than I thought. The instructions were very simple to follow.

I love this remotte, the only thing that it could improve is a page up/down on the button on the remote itself, but that is minor compared to how much easier this has made our lives!

I have had several Harmony remotes over the years. The last one is a victim of a coffee spill. This by far is the best. I have complicated setup of audio and video equipment. It handled it very well and was easy to set up.The fact it can handle smart devices I may get in the future is an added bonus. You don't even need to point the remote at the device. The hub and added transmitter just need to point towards the device. I enjoyed pranking my wife by turning on and off the entertainment system remotely while at work with the phone app. I think she thought the system was possessed.

Love the connection with every electronic device. It is nice that it interfaces with Alexa or Google Home for voice command. The one annoying thing for me, compared to just the remote, is the delay in pressing the button to command completed. Going through the hub is not too quick.

I was looking for something that would consolidate all my different controls into one (Cable Box, TV, Soundbar, etc.). This product does the trick, letting you use the supplied remote or an app on your smartphone. Overall I'm happy with it, but I'm not giving it 5 stars because there are rare occasions where it will not register your button presses immediately. For 95% of the time its responsive right away, but 5% of the time a button press (like Volume Down) will take a good 10-15 seconds to register. I tried searching for a fix, but wasn't able to get a straight answer.

Love the Harmony Smart control. Set-up is easy since Logitech has millions of devices in its database. I primarily use the physical remote rather than the phone/tablet app just because it is more convenient when you are switching channels or adjusting the volume. My only minor gripe is that the physical buttons are a little small for my fat fingers.

purchased this for myself and liked it so much purchased for family. the remote is so good i don't use the app much, but it is a good app in that it is customizable. battery is replaceable for the remote, but haven't had to replace it myself in over 1 year of use.
