    I bought this not really for the remote more for the hub. This works with Amazon echo or use it with my Sony TV to turn on and off

    Very complex setup. Was using with Alexa, and that worked great. Not much help from the website. Got more from YouTube. Overall, a good product, but be prepaired to spend several hours getting it setup. Changing settings from one TV to another was confusing. Just started from scratch.

    The physical remote feels great and I like using it. The software is slow, difficult to use, and overall bad. But once you get activities set up, it works well. Really wish I could give it 3.5 stars, but I rounded down since the software is that bad.

    I desperately wanted this to work as I was setting it up so my mom could easily navigate the TV and Firestick, but for the technically inclined person I am, it wasn’t at all intuitive. Ended up returning and buying Amazon’s new remote that controls the TV and Firestick.

    I bought this because it was on sale for less than the hub by itself, and the remote isn't bad, if you really want a basic remote, but the real magic is the hub, and you can ditch the remote and instead embrace control of your devices via the hub with the Harmony app on your smartphone or tablet.
