Hands down the best purchase I made this year, very customizable. I went from 7 remotes down to one. Very good product.

I contacted Logitech before purchasing this remote and was told I could sync up with my Logitech Harmony 700 & that once I sync up I could use the Harmony 700 with my firesticks but that wasn't the case. So I returned the remote. I would recommend depending on what their needs were.

Have smartthings hub and with this item I can configure it to my Alexa Echo which I can turn on or off my devices by voice command

The screen helps you through any problem you are having and it's easy to read. Great price too. Recommended by Geek Squad tech and was right on.

I bought this because my new phone does not have an ir blaster. With this app I can control my devices with my phone again.

Lost my remote for my TV, so while cruising the remote at Best Buy I came across this system. Meshes with my devices well!

Integration with Amazon Alexa works pretty well. A must have.

Works as designed. Tried to setup 2 remotes with Amazon Dots and had a few issues but I was able to work everything out.

Initially this product looked great and the first setup worked ok, not great but ok. They strongly encourage you to setup everything from your smartphone which is fine, but the application is plagued with glitches and errors. After the initial setup, modifying and changing the devices and activities resulted in multiple errors and error 1400. Which the company instructs to reset the hub and at the last resort sign into the website. The website is not user friendly for MAC users at all. I had high hopes and the RF feature of the remote, when it works, works good. However, the horrible support of the product and the bad smartphone app makes this product a no recommendation.

I bought this to hook up to my Echo to automate my entertainment systems. I'm still learning nuances, but works well sofar.

These work great--I have 3 of them for each big TV. The software keeps getting better. Saves a LOT of remotes.

The remote come with the hub which make is more awesome so that you can control your entertainment devices with smartphones.

Clunky, awkward, slow. Doesn’t fit into anything home automation wise. Screws up your hue bulbs. Unless you really like complicating “turning on the TV” this is a phenomenally bad purchase. Returned in a day.

A little pricy, but good controls and seems to work every time we need it.
