It wouldn’t work with my Bose system. I can contr my Bose via Bose app or Alexa so I returned the product

Purchased to use with AMAZON ECHO to control the tv. Setup wasn’t easy but once I figured it out it worked well

I really wanted this to work coz I hated having to flip thru 3 to 4 different remotes. Features were nice but there was a 2-3 sec delay when switching channels with my xfinity dvr box. The Alexa voice control didn’t work all the time. Returned it the next day.

I bought this to control a tv, stereo, Xbox one, ps4, fire tv, HDMI switch and it controls everything perfectly.

I bought this remote due to for some reason I was not able to control the volume on my external amplifier, this solved my problem.

Love the remote. It is very convenient and it connects with my smart home devices: Alexa, Smartthings, etc...

This an excellent choice. Jonathan Reese, is an excellent programmer, with the Geek Squard, the Squard is needed.

Logitech - Harmony Smart Control works for people who have up to 3 devices. You can assign up to 6 devices but it is clumsy to use all devices without a screen on the remote. I had to return this, and I bought a remote with a screen.

It's just ok for me, I think Harmony One is a much better remote

Not only did it work for my elite screen but it can control the one room with one push of a button.

Needed a smart remote. Works fantastic and very easy to hook up. Only downside is no back light.

This remote has definitely been a great product. I've purchased several as gifts for family and friends and they love it as well

Trouble with operating it. Number pad keys way too small.

Very easy to setup and use. I wish the buttons could glow in the dark or light up but that's the only concern.

It fits really well with our contemporary styling. Reduces the clutter of looking at other devices that work with the remote.

It was kind of hard to setup but when it is all done you'll never have to worry about the remote doing its job.

Basic setup was not as difficult as I had expected, but it does not retain its programming. Also it is supposed to handle more than 3 activities by setting up a short press and long press on the 3 activity buttons. The convoluted setup on the app does not allow the 3 activity buttons to be programmed. Since setting this mess up with 3 activities which worked flawlessly for about a week, it has lost one and is hit or miss on the other two. Far less aggravation to use 4 different remotes, Junk!!!

Overall this is a “good” but not great product. Doesn’t work nearly as easy as it should. Not “plug and play” as I was hoping. Only works with Alexa about half the time. The remote is useless cuz you can’t tell which device you’re controlling.

It was an upgrade of an older model.we like the fact that it can control all of our behind the cabinet devices.
