IT WAS A BIT MORE COMPLICATED TO SET UP THEN THEY LEAD ON. I GOT IT TO WORK WITH THE TV BUT NOT THE SOUND BAR. NO MATTER WHAT I DO, I CANNOT GET IT TO WORK FOR BOTH. SO I GAVE UP AFTER AWHILE. IM SURE ONCE I FIGURE IT ALL OUT I WILL LOVE IT

Took a little bit of effort and confusion to get it set up, the instructions are very lacking. But once set up it works great.

We bought two of these and both work well however it has been challenging to get both to work with Alexa.

I love being able to pull out my phone and control all my devices without having to search for remotes.

Configuring this to work with Alexa to control my tv, cable and streaming media was a little complicated. I’m able to use to turn tv on off and command channel numbers with alexa but that’s it. The voice commands are slow to execute.

Purchased for a friend and she loves it. No more pointing at the TV worked perfect for her.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas because our old touch screen remote broke. Because it was dropped so much. So I thought getting one that wasn't touch screen would be better. He asked me to return it for a touch screen one.

I love the product quality in terms of build and appearance. The concept is very good like linking it to Alexa and multiple activities that you can combine but the set-up is too complicated! I was very patient understanding and learning this Logitech remote but I cannot figure it out. It kept on looping to the sources of the TV inputs. It loops several times and always ends up on AV input that I do not use. I had an email from the Logitech support if I tried contacting them to help me but why not make it simple and consumer friendly set-up? This is for the wizards I guess so I returned the product after 2 weeks of understanding the Logitech Harmony Smart control.

I purchase this remote for a second room in our house. The only drawback what buttons do not light up.
