    Constantly having to reset the router. Resync remote. Very annoying when you are getting ready to watch a movie with your family and remote will not respond. Family looking at you and waiting. Took 20 min to figure out it was the router furnished with Harmony.

    Difficult to use with limited function. Especially when trying to have it function withe Amazon's Alexa, you have to be frustratingly specific in what you need it to do. Even then, it barely does anything other than the basic functions.

    Have to reset the remote constantly, the battery does not stay in correctly. Since the battery does not stay in correctly, a low batter signal pops up on the on the TV all the time.
