    Unfortunately I was unable to use this remote because it is not compatible with my Comcast Xfinity service, so I returned it. Only purchased because I was hoping to condense all the remotes in my home, but Comcast has a combined remote anyway.

    Building a smart home and had a hub that worked great downstairs so we figured to add another upstairs in the bedroom. Unfortunately 2 in the house for smarthome purposes was not to be. Took it back.

    This app is buggy and pretty useless. The remote works ok though. But what's the point? I should have just bought the nicer remote.

    Overall nice product. Wish there is native volume control button. Also wish I can have more than one activity going (googled and seems like only non entertainment device activity can run concurrently with TV activities)

    I have an Ultimate Home for my main theatre area, and wanted to add this remote to a secondary TV area. I thought since the setup in the new area was a lot less complicated, I could go with a simpler remote. This was not the case. You lose many functions. There is no longer a help option, the buttons are rubber, and the placement is wrong. Instead of rewinding, you would frequently turn the TV off. If you plan on using the App most of the time, this is fine. If you actually want to use the remote, spend a few bucks more. On sale, the upgrade was only $30 more.
