Great companion to Alexa with the hub included with this remote. Very pleased!

Confusing initially but will get used to it easily.

Horrible experience purchasing this unit from Best Buy and the product is currently having problems sending commands to Alexa with no ECD for resolution. Outside of those issues, it appears to have potential

Works well for entertainment devices, but doesn't support WeMo. If you want zwave you need to buy a $100 hub to send the commands, and basically all the other home automation stuff you got to buy a hub as well.

I already owned the Ultimate Harmony remote and it pairs perfectly with this hub.

Good addition to Harmony One we already had. Kids like their "own" remote lol.

They came out with updated software the 2nd half of September 2014. It ruined the experience. Once the physical remote is set up, though, I highly recommend it for its purpose.

I bought this to use because I lost dvd remote it was not as easy to set up as I hoped it would Beto use all units. The tv did not work I would not recommend to me was a big disappointment!

I bought this to control my Samsung tv, Roku stick and Bose soundbar. Set up was relatively easy and the hub controlled all of my devices pretty quickly. Unfortunately it never worked correctly. The remote is a challenge because it does not have backlit keys or any sort of display. This wouldn’t be a big deal but each device gets programmed to different areas of the road so it is hard to feel your way around when it is dark. Unfortunately it never worked correctly. The bigger problem I had Was the fact that for some reason the hub kept sending signals to Roku to either return to the home was the fact that for some reason the hub kept sending signals to Roku returning you to the home menu or back out of what you were trying to watch. This became exceptionally frustrating when I had to re-start Stranger Things multiple times because the remote booted me out. I had to return it. Usually Logitech remotes are a home run but this one is a complete dud.

It worked great at first. It controlled all the functions of all my activities and devices, After a few weeks the volume control function wouldn't work at all or intermittently, either with the remote or the app. Some other functions for my AV receiver stopped working also. I can live with some of the AV functions not working, but not something as simple as volume control. Went online to Harmony website and user blogs but no help. Am considering taking it back. If it continued to work like it did initially I would be very satisfied and would recommend it highly, but not in its current condition.

Very easy to set up, easy to use. App integration is well done as well.

My equipment room is on a different room and floor so liked the idea of it being RF. Little did I know that the remote does not have any IR on it. Had to run a long IR blaster to be able to control the TV.

I love my harmony hub, that's why I have three of them!
